Brought printer to be shipped. Had label. Bought box for $5 vs $14 for them to pack. Had my own tape. Cut myself on tape gun. They wouldn’t accept box and had to carry the heavy box and go elsewhere. Horrible service

I don't have access to a fax machine, so this is a great place to go. I have used them for years and have never been disappointed!

I was waited on by Michelle. She was very abrasive and short. She spoke down to me because didn't know exactly what she wanted before she asked. She also requested me to provide ID to ship something. I don't believe this should be allowed and violates my right to privacy. Poor service on top of poor policy.

Worst shipping company I ever dealt with. If it’s shipped from fedex it will be late and will have to pick it up at a location guaranteed.

11/11/24: Went to ship to large boxes as returns from Wayfair. I left the 2 large boxes outside the store, so I could lock my car. 2 Fedex dudes were standing outside, hanging out. Did anyone of them bother to offer me some help, at least hold the door open? Hell NO. The auto door opener wasn't working. I strained my elbow maneuvering those 2 boxes thru the front door (as these 2 meatballs stood there, offering no help). UPS next time for sure. Why even bother with FedEx?

I just wasted 30 minutes of my life driving to the Bedford FedEx to drop off a package to find it closed. Google Maps and the Fedex website both said it would be open until 7:00 p.m. I arrived at 6:30 p.m. to find a sign on the door saying that the store closed at 6:00 p.m. for holiday hours (on July 3). It only takes 10 seconds to update store hours on Google Maps.

I went to purchase a charger an I said hi to Desarie she said hi back. I opened a package I was buying Tom was rude treated me like I was not buying stood over me him an the manager as rude to a customer never buy from this store they are miserable except desarie

Tom was amazing and really went out of his way to make my day. I arrived within a minute of the store closing and Tom made sure that I was able to print the document that I needed for a class and that it would be safe against the rainy weather outside. We need more people like him.

Michelle and the whole team are always very warm and welcoming. Michelle was very helpful and even suggested pop mount that goes great with my phone! Always going the extra mile!
