I use this location 5-10 times a month. Never had an issue. Always friendly, professional, and eager to help. I have closer locations but it’s worth the extra drive for me.

The staff here are incredibly rude. My first visit was to get a prepaid and labeled package shipped. Stood in line as I did not know about the kiosk they have to avoid speaking with these folks. When it got yo be my turn ai was brought over to the kiosk and the person scanned my item and told me to use the machine next time.My second attempt doing the same thing, I opted to use the kiosk. It was middle of the afternoon and the shop was not busy. I scanned my items but there was a problem with one barcode and the kiosk said to see a FedEx associate. I did just that only to have her bark at me and point and say you scanned it wrong. My reply was simple, ok, how would ai have known that as the interface makes no such statement? Well that infuriated her and she continued to bark back that it says it clearly, which I said no All it said was to see an associate, which you clearly are enjoying making folks lives more difficult than doing your job and being helpful.I would avoid this place till the management has a chance to actually get competent, friendly and helpful folks instead of who they have presently.

I am visually impaired and asked for a single copy, instead of walking 5 feet to the self serviceachine and helping me, the associate ,Chloe decided to make the copy out back and charge a ridiculous surcharge

Michelle and Tom are always super helpful with providing me timely responses in regards to my artwork prints. They are always on point with their performance and super friendly as well. I'm an artist and have been going through them for years now and really appreciate how well they treat me!

Rude manager “greeted” me with what are you here for?I wanted to use workstation to print ONE page!!He said we close in 4 minutes.It was 6 minutes before closing, not 4.Told me the computers are running slow and no one could possibly do it in 4 minutes. (I had 6 minutes)Not surprised to find others had similar experiences.He must have had an urgent appointment after work.Maybe they should fix their computers.Worst experience at a FedEx kinkos ever. Usually staff at other places is very helpful.

I was so mad this morning. I finally got the box and materials to ship my defective TV back to the mfgr. Except I live alone and it's 55". FedEx wouldn't pick it up. I had to take it there. I couldn't get it in the box. So I loaded up the packing, the box, and the tv in my car. When I got to FedEx there were two women at the counter. Nobody else. I unloaded everything and put the TV on a rolling cart. Except it was too wide for the door. So I tried the handicap opener and only one side opened. I held the other side and tried to roll it through both doors. Then the automatic one started to close. I'll abbreviate the rest because you get the picture. Then I was trying to pack it with the materials and finally got it in the box but couldn't stand it up. So I asked "can you help me tip this?" One woman said "what do you mean tip"? So I said "tip it upright onto the cart". She rolled her eyes, came over and helped, and walked away saying "there's packing tape over there for you". I taped the box, put on the label, the other woman taped it again and said "you're all set". I asked for a receipt and tracking number, which was evidently even worse than me asking for help to stand the box up! Oy!

This isn't a review on this location but the company as a whole... In the last 10 years since I've turned an adult, I have yet to experience anything but late packages, lack of tracking info and wrong address delivery's. Please FedEx do AMERICA A FAVOR AND CLOSE YOUR DOORS YOU ARE USELESS. this comment stems down to yet another fasle delivery date involving your company... Everytime I get a tracking number from you guys I know it's worthless and my package will arrive late.....

This review is based on an experience I had with the Manager of the Bedford store while he was working at my local FedEx. I called and spoke to him about a job I had submitted for printing, he knew little about it but said he would look into it and call me back. He did not. Two days later I called again and he said he had found my job and put it out to be printed and that he had emailed me. He did not. At that time he promised me my job was submitted and should be back the following Thursday, Wednesday if I was lucky. So today (Wednesday) I called to find out the status of my print job. A very nice employee answered and I explained who I was and who the print job was for but he could not find any record of it being submitted for printing. It hadn’t been, the Manager of the Bedford office had lied to me again. This print job was due at my clients last week, now it’s going to be 2 weeks late, because this Manager could not be honest. If he had told me the truth I could have pulled the artwork and used another printer. Now I have to explain to my client why his job is two weeks late! I would not use the Bedford FedEx print store and can’t recommend it to anyone. Can’t be trusted to do what they say.
