Had a worse experience here. They showed a lot of disrespect to the customers and are arrogant. They even didn’t style my hair properly, very disappointed.

Had my hair cut recently at Great Clips in Bedford, NH . Used their App. to make my appointment, had a short wait in line, got a good haircut, employees were friendly and courteous. A good experience overall .

Great service. We put our name online and instantly got In and with a hair dresser. It was my 10 year old getting his hair cut done. She did just as his photo was and checked how he was doing and how he liked it during and after the hair cut. He loves it !! We will definately go back and asked for the hair dresser (Kimberly) that we had again !

My hair always got messed up when I went here. There was one person that I liked to go to, but they left years ago, and so did I. I did like how they kept your haircut in the system for the next visits.

I love going to Great Clips and have made it my go-to. It is a clean, straightforward place to get a cut. The only reason I did not rate it 5 stars is because there are some stylists that give a more detailed cut than others. Usually this is not a big deal, but having more consistency in this area would be ideal.

I know, I know - five stars at a Great Clips?! But really, work with me here. Prices are reasonable (though they vary greatly by location for no apparent reason), and when I went in with my two girls we got exactly what we wanted with acceptable wait time.
