“Like Walmart, Lowe's is not as good as they use to be. Can't find items I use to get. Selection isn't as large as it use to be. Ordered an item online and told it would be ready that night. Stated I'd pick it up the next day. Went to pick it up in Epping and told I had to go to Rochester to pick it up. Canceled. Couldn't have it sent to Epping.”

“Very friendly and inviting. Upon walking through the door there was a woman that was working the register who greeted us. I appreciate the fact that tractor supply does so much for the community. They allow the girl scouts and boy scouts out front. They have the active adoptions through the different agencies in Southern New Hampshire. They always have what I'm looking for when I come in and the customer service is outstanding. The store layout is very easy to walk and manageable and define what you're looking for. So thank you. I appreciate my local tractor supply.”

“I shop this store often. Employees are helpful, especially at the pro desk. I do not agree with the Gutter Guard salesmen set up in the store entrance. I'm not judging these salesmen individually, but my opinion of the gutter screen industry is that it's predatory, especially toward trusting senior citizens. They'll quote $6700, then when you balk, they'll claim they have some extra supplies on the truck from a cancelled order, and suddenly the price lowers to $4790, then they'll go to the truck, call their boss and the price lowers another $500. Then they'll offer you financing at an interest rate which is percentage point below the NY State statute for Criminal Usury. I've dealt with homeowners who've had roof damage and leaks from gutter screen installs. Lowe's is cheapening it's brand reputation by partnering with this industry. Thank you.”

“Stop and get familiar with store, good to walk through, check out prices, sales, and see stuff you may use down the road. Any veteran gets 10%, must be able to verify military on there web site with a signed up free account. Then when checking out hit account on there app, if at store, brings up a scalable code, that's where u get 10% off. Not everything is eligible for 10%, some deep discounts and large purchases may not work. Don't forget to haggle at front desk on large purchases for a better price, your putting more money in their pocket, and they can afford to give you a lower price.
Surprisingly a lot of different item are at this store. Enjoy the day looking about, you seldom get bothered by looking around, and dog friendly, take care to respect others, this dog friendly is such a great gift, as most people can't stop with pet, as leaving in car for just 5 minutes can be life threatening for your pet. So bring your pet in and rest assure your mind your pet is safe and you dont have to drive past the store to shop like so many other stores, you just can't shop there as pet owner, from thrift stores to your favorite stores, you can't bring your pet in, and that means they lose a huge business market of the public.
So enjoy Home Depot, and get use to products available. Probably take a couple walk around visits to get down your intrests and future options. Bathrooms are usually way off to side, which can be rough. And no quick food, and no benchs to sit and take a load off your feet for a while. So it's a small workout for older folks. Don't forget floors are hard as warehouse of goods. Try preparing with good walking comfort shoes. No benches, and good size store filled with product”

“This Home Depot has the best employees. They go above and beyond to get answers to our questions and are great at problem solving for particular needs. We appreciated that Mike took extra time to help us with placing an online order for a shower door that was super heavy and required extra handling to get it into our garage instead of curbside on a pallet. Thanks also goes to the knowledgeable gal (?Soliman) who was able to get our order into the system with a future delivery dependent on our contractor's schedule. It is the best Home Depot in which to shop!!”

“Wonderful experience from initial design through completion. After our initial meeting with Catie, she knew exactly what we were looking for (even though we didn't). Her experience in the industry shines through as she was able to take a relatively small space and turn it into a kitchen we never thought possible. They were nothing but honest about lead-times and costs and extremely patient as we ran into a few hiccups along the way. The delivery process even exceeded our expectations - the drivers would very courteous and took great care to protect the new cabinets and our home (sorry - I forgot their names!). A few pieces arrived with some damage - we were warned ahead of time it might happen and Catie was quick to get replacements. She even took care of scheduling the counter top design and installation. Exceptional customer service that far exceeded our expectations. The pictures don't really do it justice, but you get the idea...Thank you so very much!”
