UPDATE 2: This review is strictly for the service department for Ira Lexus and is being written for the sake of fairness.Service department treated me respectfully, and were overall pleasant to deal with. Today was Black Friday so the actual service which was merely an oil change took longer than it should have, but I am cutting some slack for post holiday understaffing. It's almost as if Ira Lexus has some kind of bipolar disorder where the service team is Dr. Jekyll and the sales side is Mr. Hyde.(And the Yelp Customer Service business owner replies are a total scam, with yours truly having emailed this character as per their request with no response.)

I had another smooth experience today. Josh answered all my questions and my car was serviced in a timely fashion. You get top notch service with the mom & pop touches. Highly recommend.

I'm currently on my second Lexus and although, I don't live in Manchester, i had an amazing experience with this dealership's service department. I was traveling and had to stop by and get a service, they're very attentive, honest and pricing is fair and square in comparison to other Lexus dealerships. I'm even considering buying my next Lexus at this location just because i know they wont do me wrong. If you're a Lexus owner in New Hampshire, you're lucky to have this dealership as its one of the best. This is coming from someone who's been traveling and living on the road for several years, been to many Lexus dealerships all over the country and Ira Lexus is an A +++.

It's been years since I had a car serviced at Lexus in Manchester - and for a reason, their service is lousy. I just had to schedule another appointment and didn't have a choice because it was related to recall. 2 errors in just booking the appointment and the clerk said there was 'no recall'. Of course I have the postcard to prove otherwise. For a Luxury Vehicle dealership, I expect better service.

I got a Lexus from Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon traveling all the way there from Nashua because of all the bad reviews I have seen for this dealer. Granted I have never been here, but I live nearby and it would be very convenient for me to buy and service my Lexus here. I am writing this review only because I did a lot of research before picking the dealer remembering horrible experiences from the past. No matter which site I went to, from sales to service, this place just has very bad reviews. Just to save everyone some time, the nearest decent Lexus dealer seems to be in Northborough, but even they have one bad service review which stands out. I don't know why I would go to a dealer who has any shady practices. Now, I got to service my car and I think I have to drive all the way 50 minutes to find a decent dealer I can trust. Sad. Here is to hoping this place gets better over time. I had to think really hard about even getting a Lexus because I could find no good Lexus dealer nearby. Even Watertown has some bad service reviews. Hope things get better!

Scheduled an appointment for an oil change. Showed up 10 min early. Didn't mind waiting since I was early. Took another 20 min after my scheduled appointment time before an adviser told me they would be with me in a few minutes. I could understand if they were busy but there were many advisers sitting around and some chatting about their personal plans. I get called up and I'm told to wait outside the office cause the previous customer was still in there. Took an additional 20 minutes to do the paperwork (vehicle was purchase here and service was also completed here previously). No reason for the check in / paperwork process to take 40 min (total labor was roughly 90 min). Sunnyside Acura could have checked me in and completed the paperwork between 4 to 8 times in 40 min. Work was completed and I was called into the adviser's office and there's another employee sitting in the chair so I could not go in. She precedes to tell me I need new wipers. The wipers were recently replaced and if they did the "inspection" and tested the wipers during the test drive they would have known this. Instead it was based on their "service records." (Don't let them do your wipers. Sunnyside Acura charges less than $20 for the inserts and does the labor for free. You'll be paying more than double for them to do it here.) Then I'm advised that spark plugs also need to be replaced based on the scheduled intervals. Why weren't these questions asked during the initial intake when they looked the suggested maintenance intervals in relation to the car's current mileage like any other dealership does? Understandably things may come up during the inspection. However, why didn't the adviser call me when it came to their attention or before they cleaned the vehicle? Instead I'm informed after the work we agreed upon was completed and informed my car is ready. The adviser then tells me to have a seat and they'll finish up the paperwork. A few minutes later I get called back up to pay and told to wait another few minutes for the cashier to process the paperwork (no one else was in line). I finish paying, received the paperwork, and my keys and yet again I'm told to wait this time so the adviser can walk me out to my car. The service department needs to review their process and procedures compared to other non IRA dealers. It shouldn't have taken 20 min before an adviser greeted me. Understandable if they were behind schedule but any one of the advisers could have processed the paperwork and told me they were behind schedule which would have been perfectly acceptable and the 20 min could have been spent running errands in the nearby shops. This was my first Lexus and my third service appointment here (the first experience was standard, the second experience was subpar but I gave them another chance). This appointment left me irritated enough that I left the dealership and proceeded to Sunnyside Acura to look at potential vehicles to replace my first and last Lexus.

Great experience with Harris today. Well spoken and well educated guy! Took us on multiple test drives and did his best to help us. Only left 4 stars cause we didn't seal the deal on a new car but would recommend him to anyone shopping around.

I was looking for a sport RX450h and called to confirm website inventory showing they had one in stock. Went right away and was pressed to sell them my existing vehicle on the spot only to be told they did not be the SUV and did not know what they would be getting. I did sell them my own high end SUV from another mfr that day. Told to get on their wait list by placing a $2500 deposit and my sales person would call every week with an inventory update. Not called for almost two months and only in response to a call I placed to them. Told they would have cars in before Christmas. Heard nothing. Called again and told delivery of new vehicles to dealership by the 27th. Heard nothing. Finally told car available but specifics not provided and despite 4 calls told the final price would be discussed at the dealership and to meet with finance (cash deal) at 2:30. On arrival I was not given vehicle specifications or an itemized window sticker to review. I was asked to sign a customer satisfaction survey in blank. I refused to pay $495 for nitrogen in the tires or $1134 for a standard factory installed clear coat. I told them to keep the car. Then after a half hour wait after asking I was told despite a 2:30 appointment I would have to wait a minimum of two hours to pay for the car in finance and it would take an hour to an hour and a half after being called in to meet with the finance manager. I said, keep the car. The sales manager came outside and then told me he could sell the vehicle to any one of a long list of waiting buyers and I told him that was exactly what I wanted. He then insisted I would not get the deposit back since I had signed a form. He then said only General Manager could authorize refund and he was not available. Heard nothing, called a day later and left message for GM, and no response of any kind. This would have been at least my 8th Lexus purchase since 1992. Never ever treated like this as a customer of any other Lexus dealer. Stay away!!!

I live in metrowest MA and noted this was the only Lexus auth. shop that had same day services. Before I left the house I saw on their site they had a $50 Amazon or Visa/MC card offer just for having my car reviewed for trade in. I had no problem taking pics/looking at used vehicles but none of them had suitable tow capacity. I was told by the guy who looked over my car that I would get a reward contact within 24 hrs. As my wife asserted when I got home, "you'll never get a dime of it". My arrival date was well before their condition#1, to arrive before Dec15. Apparently they could care less about fulfilling the advertising third party garbage they put on their site. I called LEXUS N.A but they used the old excuse "Each dealer is independent". Do you think they'd be acting that way if I grabbed a convertible I'd lleased, got a insurance settlement b/c they'd not properly prepped the car. Ira (the guy) died a few years ago, and this store is absolutely proof they try to hide behind a Danvers MA business address, but will not repsond to issues with their N.H store b/c there's no lemon law, much less a truth in advertising clause in their right wing stores. Lauughably, I came across the same "Black Friday" get $50 for coming in -no purchase nec.,-for a completely different dealership in another state. This is just garbage promotional stuff they can hide their deceptive practices and protocol. AND THOUGH I WASN'T BURNT ECONOMICALLY, JUST LOOK TO THE OTHER COMMENTS HERE...and stay the N.Hellshire out of this former horse stable (Ira's body probably buried on site to save on MA funeral taxes)! The worst Lexus chain/store I ever experiences, with all my fair and reasonable expectations...I suspect this chain will eventually be bought by bigger show off weasels like Boch or Chambers, who are perhaps more unscrupulous but at least know how to sneak within false advertising limits. STAY THE heck away!!

The saving Grace of my experience was a lovely girl named Kirsten if you need to buy a car talk to her in sales. Other than that it would be a one star. When I emailed GM complaining about my sales rep Joe he forwarded the email to Joe and he wrote me a novel. Very narcissist attitudes here. God bless the one female sales girl Kirsten! Not to mention they lowballed me on my basically brand new truck I was . Calling it undesirable. Not sure how a $50,000 truck is undesirable.
