“I went into this location today looking for ideas on a new kitchen. The manager there, Chris, was so accommodating. He sat with me for 45 minutes and did a full blown design and quote, answered all my questions, all while answering the phones and addressing other customers that came in. “I ended up needing a whole new kitchen in my new home. Truly nothing was salvageable. Not even fixtures such as faucets. I was completely out of my depth in needing to do a full renovation on the fly but this wasn’t a problem for the wonderful ladies here. Both Laura and Ashley were amazing in being able to answer questions in person and via email. When we discovered I’d need a RO faucet halfway through they were great in adding that on. We even had a little hiccup when the wrong strainer showed up. They knew I had kids at home and it would be a hassle to return it. So they just had me pop it back in the box and set it outside. They had it picked up and the right one delivered. It might seem like a small thing but when you’re having everything go wrong the little things that go right don’t go unnoticed.
I always try to shop local and this is one of the many reasons why. Smaller companies just care more. The pricing and selection is on par with the internet companies. When you’re already incredibly overwhelmed and just want some hand holding for once it’s silly to even consider Wayfair and the like. Once you factor that in, you’re saving money with a company like this.”
