Talk about a sharp downhill turn. I haven’t shopped there in years as the store was usually a disgusting mess. Went yesterday because my boyfriend was looking for specific shirts for our upcoming trip. He found about 5 he really liked and was planning on purchasing… until we discovered that EVERY. SINGLE. FITTING ROOM was closed or blockaded. WHAT kind of store doesn’t let you try clothes on before you decide to purchase it or not. So, Kohls lost out on a fairly significant purchase because of that. I honestly can’t even believe that the store is still open but keep up practices like that, and I guarantee you’ll be losing out on a lot more sales. In fact it looks like this is already the case- when I used to shop here, the store was always full of shoppers. Now, it’s a ghost town and I think the only reason people go there is for Amazon returns. Pathetic. I am 100% certain that any good reviews of this store are FAKE.

i used to really like going to kohl’s but since they installed unisex dressing rooms i find it very uncomfortable. i don’t think it’s appropriate and find it disturbing that you’re allowing men to be in the same dressing area with little girls and females in general. and i’m sure it’s just as uncomfortable for men who are shopping there as well. privacy should be respected. will not be returning.

Granddaughter tried on 10-12 dresses prior to finalizing her decision. Everyone was fine with it. Store was relatively neat... To er too many items per rack. Hard to sort through and view or select something on the racks.

I used to shop here all the time because I would find so many good styles, lots of selection and sizes. Not anymore. The last 3 or 4 times, the shelves were scattered with just a few items. When I found something that I might be interested in, they were all Large to XXL only. There is no longer a wide selection of styles, let alone sizes. The shoe department was dismal. No selection there unless you wanted sneakers. Need to find a new place to shop.

Just treated very poorly trying to shop for a $200 hair dryer at the Sephora inside Kohl's at Bedford. The surly clerk came rushing over to me once I started looking inside the box to see the buttons on the unit (no attention paid to me for 10 minutes before that) . She took it from my hands and began walking away with it without saying a word. I had to follow her to the cash register to view the product and hold up the line of other customers wanting to check out. I had to ask if I could touch it. So humiliating. I could have stayed home, ordered it to be shipped to my house and explored it and even TURNED IT ON and returned it to the store. Instead, I tried to do the least impact to THEM by driving to the store in person - then I was treated like some sort of hooligan. I just finally gave up on being so degraded by them and left while they complained to each other as I was walking away that I had removed it from the box .
No sale for them. I'll spend my $200 elsewhere.

Never again will I even step foot in this store not only were the staff absolutely disrespectful but I was followed by employees ever single where I turned from the moment I walked in to ask about my khols credit card and how it works (because I never used it before) I was met with attitude and a person that couldn't be bothered. Now I went to khols to find jeans because I lost weight I didn't know my size so unfortunately I had to keep returning to the changing room. I also had to keep looking around and searching because they barely had anything for selection reallly. Every single where I went there was an employee just watching. Not even making it unnoticeable that they were watching me to make sure i wasnt STEALING. When I went to the front to look at their poor selection of active wear I had to walk by the doors (kind of like I wasn't close enough to them that the automatic doors would open lets just put it that way) all of a sudden I hear heavy fast paced foot steps behind me and I was met with another employee and this time I was met with "hey uh how is your day" not even a hey how are you can I help you NOTHING. Absolutely disgusting and worst khols associate employees working. the 3 women just sitting at the front chit chatting the same 3 women and 1 man that followed me in the store they were now at the front of the store when I went to the front GO FIGURE ?? Never have I felt so disrespected in my life. I will never shop at this store again and will be contacting corporate. I hope you all felt stupid when i called y'all out on it and when you saw how much my khols credit card had on it and you guys realized I was actually buying something. Again when called out for it and asked why i got met with laughter from all of them while the man walked to the back and off to the side when i got to the counter to pay. I wasn't even in the store longer than an HOUR and they watched me the whole time. feeling like you have stalkers while shopping not okay but the laughing at me after i called you out on it is another story because now I'm coming for ya jobs. Apparently from your recent reviews this has been happening a lot lately. so again absolutely disgusting they still work there.

VERY disappointed that LEE jeans has decided to discontinue honoring Kohl's reward,and discount coupons. Thstis one of the ONLY things I shop at Kohls for. Looks like I willbechqngungmtjean brand after 20 years.
