I ordered a whole house generator from Lowes. It was supposed to arrive in September 2022 and installation was to occur in November of 2022. They sub-contracted out to Generator Power Solutions (GPS). The whole experience was a nightmare for the most part, as follows: 1) They lost my generator. It was shipped and arrived on time, but apparently the paperwork got lost or messed up, so the unit was sitting around idle. In the meantime, I call in late September 2022 following up and am told that I need to call GPS. I call them and they say they have no record of my generator arriving, call Lowes. Back and forth I go, neither part actually willing to pick up the phone and TALK TO EACH OTHER, instead bouncing me back and forth. Finally, I had to go down to the store and plead with the store manager to get on the phone with GPS and figure it out. They finally did. Frankly, Lowes should have been proactive. It should not have taken me to wonder what the hell was going on and have to call to find out where my generator was. 2) GPS was absolutely the worst for responding to anything. I would politely call in every other week to ask when installation would occur. They would promise to get back to me that week and, without fail, never did. Not once. I would have to call over and over again and finally I had to beg the Lowes district manager to do something to get this done. By now it was 2023 and I had already had to cut short a holiday vacation on Xmas Eve to fly home because the power was out. Finally, the Lowes district manager took pity on me in March of 2023 and got GPS to do the install. 3) The install was botched twice. First, they did the foundation poorly and had to come out and redo it. To GPS' credit, it was their supervisor who noticed this when inspecting the installation, but honestly, it should have been done correctly to begin with, but kudos to them for inspecting and noticing it. Second, they used the wrong insulation on the piping to the propane tank. The permit inspector noticed this and said it was amazing to him that they would use the wrong insulation, which could be unsafe. It had to be redone and the inspector had to come out again to ensure it was fixed. I fully blame Lowes for all of GPS' actions. Lowes is the one with whom I had the contract and Lowes is the one who hired them for the install. The way Lowes bounced me around, telling me to call GPS and deal with them as if it were my responsibility to baby sit their sub-contractors was beyond ridiculous. And losing my generator for 3 months was also not acceptable. I will never shop at Lowes again. I will never recommend them to anyone. I'm now a loyal Home Depot customer for life.

In the plant section, there were some basically dead African Violets. There were also some dead Venus flytrap and very few ones that looked healthy.

I went into your store the other day looking for an outlet for a mini freezer i was looking for and one of your finest employees Connor not only helped me, but found and recommended a great freezer as well. Excellent service and great manners. Will definitely be driving past Home Depot to go to lowes from now on!

Beautiful location. Organized with fair prices. They even offer a veterans discount I heard! Unfortunately I was startled when I went to drain main vein that two employees were fighting in the bathroom. Frank the older gentleman apparently had an issue with Aiqisha, who was Aidens girlfriend, and Aiden was in Franks face. I stepped in and explained that interracial love is the same as same race love. Frank put down his fists and they embraced. A beautiful moment for Lowes and Earth.

Good store with wide variety of products. Helpful associates. Clean, bright, well-organized store with vast inventory. Nice garden center and houseplant section. Inspiration around every corner. Every conceivable product for home and business. Inspiring lighting section with numerous ceiling fans.

Do not buy an appliance from this company! By far, the worst experience I have ever had!!We bought a Maytag washer 2 months ago that did not work from day 1. Instead of taking it back and giving us another one, like a normal company, they made us go thru Maytag. Maytag couldn't get someone out to us for 3 weeks so we waited. The Maytag guy comes and says it was fixed and leaves. It wasn't! Same exact problem, leaking water and very loud noises while running. So we go back to Lowes AGAIN and order another machine which we have to wait another week and a half for. The extremely rude and unprofessional delivery drivers come today to take the old machine and hook up the new one but cant get a hose off. They tried for less than 5 minutes! Said they cant do it, leave the old washer in the middle of the hallway, and take off after we asked them to wait! Now, I can't even get thru to the store! I've been on hold for 20 minutes and no one is even answering!Save yourself the stress and hassle .... BUY ELSEWHERE!!!!!

purchased a drier in march. it failed this past september. we have over 30 calls into GE who told us they'll give us $250 for the repair and nothing more. its gas so no one will come out to look at it for less than $450 plus parts. We called Lowes asking if they had anyone that could help or that we could call to have the machine looked at and they said because we did not purchase the extended warranty they were unwilling to provide any assistance or direction on the matter. We ended up going to barrons and purchased a new drier. For the pennies more that we spent the delivery went much better, they sent more than 1 guy to have the unit brought into our house and it was installed as it should be. The installers from lowes stripped the back of the washer, dented our door jams and left the washer leaking stating it was my fault because i didnt buy new hoses and i gave them broken ones, meanwhile the new ones were sitting on the shelf next to the washer machine. Long story short, go to the local company and stay away from lowes and the home dope.

They've got practically everything here for home improvement. Came in looking for 20 amp electrical outlet and got that plus a pair of eyeglasses for working close up.. love this place..

I walked in loving the store then I went to check out and I very quickly hated it I will never return to Lowes again my husband did a return of Xtra material from a job he finished and they put it on a card and I tried to use it and was not aloud to use it even with my ID lost a good customer lowes

This store has a bunch of grumpy pants working. I was in appliances, the garden center and then because I was rung up wrong customer service. Not one smile. Not one good morning. Until finally at customer service when the lady was like " do you have your receipt..." I looked the lady in the eyes and was "good morning". Maybe at the next team meeting throw a little rah rah rally and pep up the workers a little. A good morning would be nice. Or even a little smile. I spent 3k, and I'm a pro member.... a smile would be nice.

Lowe’s is the best place to go. The store is always so clean and bright, and the staff is a lot more friendly and courteous than Home Depot‘s in the area. They have major brands and fair prices. I wish they carried Milwaukee tools and I would never have to go into another Home Depot in my life.

I bought about 14 samples of Benjamin Moore paint online from the Bedford store. I was on deadline to pick paint color's for my kitchen, living room and bedrooms by my contractor. I paid $15.00 extra for same day delivery for the next day. Paint samples was suppose to come on the 8th, someone from the paint department called me in the morning and I was told they were having a problem with their system with pickup deliveries. So I was patient and called back later that day, waited for 1 hour on the phone to speak to someone. I was told the samples were ready for pickup but still no delivery. So called again about 3 hours later. This time on hold for 1 1/2 until someone finally answered the phone. I was told that they were probably going to be picked up and delivered by the end of the day. Still no paint delivery that day. I called today the 9th and asked them where my order is. They said they are waiting for someone to pick up the order. Manager got on phone and I was told that they have no control over the pickup of delivery items. So at this time I still have no paint. Why offer same day delivery service when they don't follow thru. Offer one of your store employee's the $15.00 to deliver the products. I can understand if it's a big item, but these are small paint samples. Home Depot does better on their same day delivery service. I never had a problem with them. Will never do business with Lowe's anymore.

If you are looking to get something delivered from this store do not expect to have show up when they say it will! In the past 2 months I have ordered several items from carpet/install to a ride on lawn mower and have found myself calling every single time to find out where they are. If they tell you it will deliver anywhere between 8am and 12pm just expect it to show up around 4pm or not at all!
