“Great customer service! I accidentally order the incorrect name pin and did not realise till 3 days post the order. Contacted their customer service email and within 3-4 hours they had updated my order with no extra charges saving me the cost of reordering a new pin due to my error!”
“Steve & the crew recently installed a 2 part stair glide for me. I've lived in my apt. For 38 years & I'm on the top floor! I have 32 steps to climb & now that I'm older it's gotten very difficult for me to make my stairs. The guys gave me my life back & have enabled me to stay in the home that I love. They were friendly, efficient, explained everything so clearly & made sure I was comfortable with everything before they left. Having a loved one who depends on oxygen can be stressful, and knowing that we have a company we can count on makes such a difference.
