Back on October 31st I traded my 2013 mini convertible for a 2019 one. Unfortunately, at time they had no manual transmissions and led me to believe they were no longer making them. Neither my husband nor myself were happy with the automatic, why dive an automatic sports car? My husband was checking the website and saw Mini of Bedford had several 2024 manual convertibles in stock so we decided to check them out. John Misuraca was our salesman and was fabulous! He was patient with our questions and frustration over losing money on our trade in. But explained everything thoroughly and gave us many options. Everything came together so smoothly and I have to also mention how great Ed was getting the tires changed for us. We never felt pressured or rushed just a willingness to help. The dealership really treats you like family! Thanks John and everyone else, I’m loving shifting gears!

personally, i had the best experience here. all the workers were friendly and welcoming and the salesman (Sean Graham) who dealt with me was out of this world. amazing salesman who i felt like i could trust completely.

Edit: got my car back.They're good.Put it in for vibration, squeak, window alignment, and break sensor.The window was quick and easy.Vibration turned out to be a rim issue, also easy.Break sensor was faulty, they helped there.Technician couldn't recreate the squeak, which is pretty par for the course for that kinda thing.The employees are professional and friendly. They have this real cool feature where the mechanic gave me a video tour of my car and it's issues. That was super helpful because I am 2 hours away. Payment was handled digitally. Very cool, very easy.(Though they did hound me for this review)

While I did not purchase a Mini today, I wanted to leave a review for Gary who helped me test drive a vehicle I was interested in. He was incredibly personable, kind, and generous with his time. I could not recommend this dealership more for Gary's wonderful service alone. Thank you so much Gary, I hope we work together in the future!

Very grateful for the team at Mini of Bedford. They made the car buying experience easy, fast and painless. Everyone there was super friendly and welcoming. Plus I feel like I got a great deal on a great car! I highly recommend doing business with them.

With expert knowledge, exceptional customer service, and spot-on recommendations, they continue to earn my trust and business even though I no longer live/work in the area. It’s worth the 90 minute drive to know my vehicle is well cared for by this exceptional team.

I’ve been going to Mini of Bedford, NH for about 4 years now. The service has always been and continues to be impeccable. They make certain that I understand any additional services that are needed. Comfortable seating area for working while waiting for my car. I so appreciate that with every service my Mini gets a wash:)

I buy a lot of cars. Given that I see a lot of car dealers and their practices. With that, most car dealers and the buying experience is less than pleasant or professional.Purchasing my 2024 Zesty Yellow Mini JCW from Mike and Jim, my experience couldn’t have been better. Fast, easy, prompt and professional communication. Most importantly, Mini of Bedford did exactly what they said they were going to do throughout the transaction.I love my new car and look forward to visits back for service and accessories in the future.

Always a pleasure to work with Service Advisor Ed. He's very helpful. The part we needed for our 2012 Cooper Convertible was in stock and he got installed for us right away. We appreciate the wash and vacuum as well.

A 3 hour drive from my home to update the computer system because Mini won't allow my local mechanic to update it. The mechanic also asked if he could please change the oil. It is needed. I said yes, please- without any consideration to the cost of having the oil changed at the Mini dealership. Yeah, i should have asked. Under no circumstances should a simple oil change cost $119.95! My local mechanic charges $39.95 for a new filter, oil, and fluid top offs.The staff was great. The folks working there were very friendly and knowledgeable.Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience for me, and i will not use this sercice again- unless, of course, i once again have no choice. While i absolutely love my Mini, had i known that this was going to be an issue, i would never have purchased this vehicle. Having to take a vacation day off work to take an entire day to take the car to the mechanic, and then being horrifyingly overcharged for basic services, makes this vehicle not worth the effort ro maintain it.

Mini of Bedford always impresses me. While most people complain of car dealerships ~ my mini of Bedford experiences have only exceeded my expectations (and I’ve gone here probably 10 years!). I was told by a shop that I needed quite an expensive repair. And they’re a solid, reputable shop! I don’t think they were trying to ‘do me wrong’. I just think - Mini knows mini’s the best and this place ~Mini of Bedford~ is incredibly honest. Ed West in particular with their service dept; he gets your Mini in quickly, communicates clearly what’s going on and gets it done fast. He pays attention to detail and doesn’t mind answering all of my questions. I truly appreciate this. Essentially I would have spent close to $3k had I not brought my car to Mini of Bedford, for another opinion. Instead. I spent $50! Oh- and the only reason I went to another repair shop to begin with ~ is because mini of Bedford is almost an hour from where I live. I was going for an oil change and not expecting to hear of the hefty repair they thought they caught. Anyways - thank you team at Mini of Bedford!

Brought my Countryman in due to console warning lights regarding oil. I explained I was traveling across states the following week and wanted a vehicle without issues. An appointment was scheduled for the next morning. I dropped my car off the night before and by 8am'ish I received a video and text regarding any needed and already provided work. I appreciate the MINI Bedford NH service crew!!

Sean was very patient in hearing our desire and tried his best to look for cars that meet our expectation, in the lot and online searching. He answered our questions clearly in great details. After contract signing, he spent a lot of in-work and after-work time to coordinate car conditioning and delivery. The car was in perfect status when we picked it up. Highly recommended

Friendly help. The car purchase process seemed pretty straightforward. Purchased a used vehicle rather than wait 3-4 months for a new one (at least the model we wanted).
