I have used NH iPhone several times over the years, each time the service and quality was unmatched. Today's visit was no different, a simple safety screen for a new phone, the cost was less than a box store, the service exceptional, and I was in and out in about ten minutes...hard to beat.

I needed a phone, and was able to get what I wanted right away. It was a Friday night, and Walter stayed late to help me get all of my data transferred. Ironically, it was a nice opportunity to enjoy good, old-fashioned human interaction, which was the icing on the cake! Thank you Walter!! (Next to the new Planet Fitness and XGolf on Colby Court.)

I went in to “CPR” today to get the back glass on my iPhone replaced. I had made an appointment online the previous day and they had reached out via phone call to explain the options available to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. Day of the appointment I had gone in and was greeted very politely by Walt at the front desk. Check in was very easy, he again explained everything, and I handed over my phone. After a few hours we got a text that my phone was all set. The entire thing went incredibly well and was very reasonably priced! I highly recommend “CPR” cellphone repair and I highly recommend working with Walt if you can, he’s great!

phone screen broke and I hadn't uploaded all my data and setup to the cloud. CPR was extremely knowledgeable and was able to order me a temp screen so that they could install it and transfer the data over to the new device. It worked flawlessly. staff was extremely friendly and helpful, cant say enough about how helpful this was to setting up my new phone. not to mention how quick the process was!

I called three times and spoke to Dylan about getting a new phone screen. He quoted me $168 for an aftermarket screen and $220 for a genuine apple screen. He put in an aftermarket screen which I specifically requested a genuine apple screen. Spoke to the manager Jeff who said there was nothing he could do for me.
Edited to add: I have to call back tomorrow at 12pm and I will adjust my review if anything changes.
Edited again: Spoke to Chad. Told him the aftermarket screen has streaks when the backlight is all the way down and I’m in a pitch black room (on my phone in bed at night). I am upset because aftermarket screens have problems and this is why I didn’t want one. The screens get distorted over time and stop responding to touch. Mine is fresh and looks distorted at night. Their idea of customer service was he told me he’d be more than happy to put my old broken screen on. All I want is the genuine screen I was quoted for. But apparently they are unable to help. They really want to force you to have an aftermarket screen.
Edited: I have an appointment to back on Tuesday so they can check the streak issue. This has become a nuisance I shouldn’t have to deal with and this is exactly why I didn’t want to play this game with the aftermarket screens.
Edit: Got a new screen under their warranty. Screen still has streaks. This is exactly why I don’t like aftermarket. It’s a shame they push it on you.
Their idea of customer service is “we’ll put your old broken screen back on for $50 or you can keep the aftermarket.” Clearly just about scamming you out of every dollar possible. If you want a genuine screen, just go through Apple. It’s less of a hassle, even though you have to send your phone out.
