My little one just started here and he likes it. I also love that they constantly send parents updates thru the app. Teachers and staff are very helpful.

My daughter has been going to this daycare for over a year now and we are so, so happy with her care and so is she! There are days when she doesn’t want to go while getting ready, but once we arrive she walks right in excited to see everyone and she always talks about how much fun she has every day. My daughter was 3.5 when she started attending Primrose and was enrolled in the preschool class; we have continually been very impressed with how much she learns. She surprises us all the time with the things she says and knows because of this school. The education is very similar to Montessori, the food is great and she usually eats most of if not all her meals, and she thrives with the structure. They have the Procare app so we are updated frequently with pictures and notes about how she did that day. We love Primrose.

The "hardware" of this facility is in mint condition- the building, layout, clearness, playground, etc, etc... Yet, the facility lacks in personal touch and runs like commodity business. We put our kid in when we moved to Bedford about six months ago under some recommendation. It ran well till Christmas period. After the holiday, we got constant negative feedback of our kid behaving aggressively at school. Then things turned abruptly worse as I was called daily to have to pick up my kid right away. (they had a policy that if the kid demonstrates "bad" behavior once, s/he will be called time-out. Twice, parents need to pick up their kids right away, regardless when and if it is convenient for parents.) As a full-time working dad, I felt this was clearly not right during the period when both sides had been working hard together to address my kid's behavior. The school got to offer parents some accommodation as correcting kids' behavior takes time-every parent knows it! So I ended up with no other choice but to cancel my kid's enrollment. (How can I go to work for a couple of hours every day, then get calls to go back pick up my boy???) BTW, the school took the two-week deposit away as I "broke" the contract as inferred. So again, it is my fault!I ended up enrolling my kid to another day care. My boy just finished his first week there and he is very happy. And we are happy! So here is my suggestion to parents looking for day care service. Please pay attention not only to the hardware, but also the soft part of the school. Every kid is different. while 95% of time, everything works great. it is the 5% of time when challenging issues pop up that tells schools apart. Who can work with parents to address the issues? Who can provide reasonable accommodation to help parents sailing through such challenging period? who can provide some personalization service to help kids work through such challenges? Clearly, my experience tells Primrose school at Bedford did not live up to it.I would have rated it 1 star. But considering the overall satisfactory experience during the first couple of months, I rated it 2 star.

Terrible place to be employed. Employees are treated poorly and have zero protections. I would imagine these practices will eventually trickle down to the care of the children. Unhappy employees equals lesser quality care for the children.

Parents beware! Just because the package looks good does not mean this is a high-quality learning environment!-Teachers posted my child on their FB without my permission view-able by public.-Teachers posting on their FB page that other teachers are having relationships with parents.-Teachers posting lots of pictures of them drinking together and one was known to be underage.I saw leadership yelling at staff member and making her cry!Do your homework before enrolling your children here! This is not a program that provides a stable environment for children.

So far a great start! I enjoy receiving the photos daily in my email. She's always excited to go to school and made a friend day 1. What more can a mom want.
