She will go beyond the realm of her expertise in reference to finding you a house as she did with us. Connie will make every effort to go the extra mile, and I do mean driving a great deal of miles in the state of N.H. to look for a home. I can attest to that. When she ventured out and braved the elements of N.H., I would sometimes say to her, “Connie, why are you going out when the weather is bad?”, her reply to that remark was, “Don’t worry, Father Mark, I have my dogs (that she loves dearly) to keep me company.”So if you want to engage in a conversation besides houses, talk to her about her dogs, she’ll love you for it! Sometimes her husband, Michael, who is another beautiful soul, would accompany her to look at houses, whereby they would compare notes about the house, then call us. If the house was a good fit, Connie would sometimes say, “Here’s the deal (which is one of her idioms) let’s make an offer on this house.In addition to her fine attributes, I would like to say in our job hunt for houses with Connie, we have known each other for about three years.With that being said, concurrently we have established a good rapport with one another. I pray and hope the same for you.In the beginning of this review I mentioned Connie is a hard worker and will be tenacious to find a house for you. The bible tells us in Proverbs 14:23, “In all toil there is prophet but mere talk tends only to proverty,” meaning a speech about what you’re going to do is not as effective until you actually do it and will lead to nothing in return from all your efforts. Hence, you have to talk the talk and walk the walk to accomplish things. Believe me without a doubt, she did both for us.Therefore, if you want Coldwell Banker to be your real estate company, then with all sincerity, Connie Distasio is the Cadillac of choice of their agents.God Bless you, Connie.
