Stephanie and Andrew made my first time buying a car from a dealership very easy. I was nervous initially, but they were very kind, personable and helped me through the process. Overall a great first time experience and I have an awesome reliable car now. Thank you guys!

Customer Service does not exist at this dealership! Be aware as selling you everything under the sun is easy , customer service makes or brakes a dealership and this one has absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE !

My car broke down in front of my house. I had the car towed to this dealership on Tuesday morning. They got back to me and said it needed a new alternator which was covered under warranty. I called every day to see what the status was on the repair and they kept telling me that they weren't sure when the alternator would be in. Finally, on Friday it came in. I called again in the afternoon and they told me they couldn't get to it and it would not be repaired until Monday.I asked if they could give me a timeframe for Monday, and he gave me an attitude and said no he couldn't. He said that the job would be done on Monday. Every time I talked to him during the week he had an attitude. I did not buy this Range Rover from this dealership but I bought another one from them.I feel that because this was covered under warranty I was pushed to the back burner. I would not use this dealership again Repairs! I feel like the service person has an attitude!
