This bank is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. constant headaches never get resolved or give you a straight answer when needed. terrible customer service. talked to three different people about my auto loan each one gave me different answers and ended up screwing me because of confusion about what was going on with the situation. DO NOT BANK HERE!!!

I've only had good experience with Service Credit Union. The staff has always been pleasant. I have been to numerous branches statewide. Their employees have always been nice. As someone who goes to SCU branches often to assist their customers with their loans, I only have good things to say. I am most frequently in Portsmouth, NH, at the Lafayette Rd branch, but they've always been great and very respectful at all locations in my experience.

I am somewhat surprised to see negative ratings for the Bedford branch. I have never had anything but positive experiences here. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and accommodating with nearly any request.The difference between credit unions and Banks is that banks have customers, credit unions have members, and this Branch always makes you feel like a valued member.

Its a bank. You put money in, you get money out. It is what it is. They approved me for my first ever real loan on an auto refinance. After getting a loan shark car loan from byrider and paying on it a few months.

Awful experience at the Bedford branch, the customer service is horrendous. The teller I got that day, Lesley Forde Conway, was beyond rude and awful. We went in on 8/27/22 to apply for a car loan and will never go back.

I used to be very happy with SCU but since switching their systems, their wait time to speak to someone has become ridiculous, I’ve currently been on hold for 21 minutes and there are 41 calls ahead of me. Also the amount of glitches in their system since has grown tremendously, on two separate occasions I have deposited checks and they say pending in the deposit history but the first $750 like they promise doesn’t hit my account and the checks are no where to be found, its currently been over 24 hours and my check is still not showing anywhere. I am looking into other banks at the moment because I refuse to continue my banking with an institution that can’t get their acts together.

On January 25th 2022 a little after 4pm. I went to the Bedford NH Branch. The lady at the drive thru was far from pleasant. Not even a somewhat decent greeting. It is difficult for to get to the credit union with the hours I work. I asked for $30 in quarters, I've never had an issue with this before, and my funds are not an issue. In fact it was Bedford NH Branch that informed me I can $30 in quarters. The said "I can give you $20" in quarters. No explanation. If this a new policy or whatever it is I'm reconsidering where I go for banking. I've been here for about 20 years but I'm not impressed. I need to do laundry with quarters and maybe find somewhere with better hours.

My partner went Bedford to get quarters on 1/25/22 in the evening. The lady at the drive thru denined my partner $30 in quarters and only got $20 in quarters, with no answer why. Money on the account is there. It's my partners money. Maybe you guys should trying communication or give a member the money they have in their account in quarters.

I believe that there are no confidential workers at SCU for my auto loan, my transaction never happen for my car when I had the money for it, I spoke on the phone and thought everything went well and nothing was applied even with the number they sent to me in the mail, I was told that I would get a transaction email and nothing, gave the correct information for both accounts and they said I'm 29 days past due, I'm just waiting until my auto loan can go back with my credit union. I can't believe what terrible service I've gotten with them just for them to fraudulently take my money and have no record of it

46 people in the customer service phone queue and a very long wait. I don't think it is reasonable to expect customers to wait 40 minutes to 1 hour to ask questions over the phone. Coming to a branch is no always an option. Also, I established a small account while doing business with SCU and I just saw $50 removed from my account at once for "inactive account fee". I am aware of the fee schedule so please don't bother posting it. I have received no communication from SCU asking me to do more of my banking business with them nor any type of friendly reminder that the once per month fee ($10 per month after 12 months) fee would be charged in a lump sum. Feels a little like being swindled.

I tried to reach the Bedford branch by referring to the members business card and could not get her extension because the bank's phone system wouldn't let me. Very poor system to reach someone that you what to speak to directly.
