We needed a new printer and found Staples to be well stocked, clean and easy to get around. We had gone to a competitor first and were disappointed all around. At Staples it was easy to find a sales associate who was able to answer all of our questions and complete the transaction with ease.

Staff is always so patient and helpful. The cashier was helping with Amazon returns, answering the phone, and checking people out - I don't know how she stayed so unfrazzled and attentive. When I get lamination and printing, it is always spot-on and I appreciate that.

There were six customers waiting in line. Unfortunately Staples does Amazon returns now. The one cashier was doing a return while we all waited!! She even answered the phone!!

Called earlier to see if they laminate NH temp plates, to add durability during these rough months. Employee told me that it is illegal and that DOT told them they can't.I asked the DMV if this was true and they say no. That they actually recommend you to do so, either by laminating or wrapping it with clear packing tape.So my recommendation would be to find another place, which I have to laminate it.

These five stars are specifically for Keith in the print department. Genuinely helpful & cheerful dude with a good attitude. Made my experience better than expected with his help — with people like him at the helm, FedEx print centers had better watch out for the competition... Better hours at Staples too

I experienced one of the best customer service encounters with Kelsey at the service desk. She is warm, friendly, and inviting. I also appreciated how efficient she was in completing my task. She has phenomenal customer service skills and is personable. A gold star for her! ?

What’s going on over there? The manager seems to be the only person who can get a printing job five correctly and she has limited hours. There are several employees but they are not training to do the basic printing work. This has happened too many times than I can count over at the Bedford Staples. It’s caused me slot of wasted business time. Training is certainly overdue at the Bedford, NH Staples.

The printing center is absolutely useless! They are either unable or unwilling to help, to any capacity, ever! I have been going next door to Fed-Ex, they are there to help!
