Bonnie was rude and wasted a lot of my time. I wanted to just open a checking account and get it over with, but she kept pushing other products I didn’t need. My appointment took over an hour.

Kim at TD was completely unhelpful. I wish banks didn’t even exist. I cannot wait to take our money out of here and delete all TD accounts and move them over to Citizens. They offer much better online services and aren’t terrible on the phone like Kim was to me today.

Zero stars! I used to bank with TD. I had left them years ago for various reasons; hacked accounts without rectification, Charging me to cash checks(they still do). The reason I am Revisiting my trauma with this organization is because I was there to cash a check, the teller was in training no problem there. It was the manager Jazmín Long, when the trainee asked a question Long decided to take control of the transaction and distrust my signature and my face on my state issued drivers license which is the same state as the branch location (their policy is two forms of identification.) I provided both forms- Long had a problem with my second form of ID not having my signature and asked me to sign a credit card from my wallet to somehow "verify my signature" (which was endorsed on the check) she proceeded to call my client and asked if the check was legitimate. As a new small business working with a large client for just over a year, it is extremely inappropriate and unprofessional to defame a company to their clients as a result of blindly distrusting a government issued ID. The deal breaker and reason I'm writing this review is Long telling me to sign one of my cards and stating to me "do you want this check cashed or what".

Wrongfully hit with $105 overdraft fee that was due to an error on the TD app. Went to this location to dispute the fraudulent charges and spoke to a lady and her manager. They were absolutely clueless and didnt understand no matter how many times I explained what happened. They only offered to drop one $35 charge meaning I have pay $70 because of THEIR error. Fortunately I called the TD line and they IMMEDIATELY refunded me soon as I explained what happened. I was seconds away from closing my account for good over the fraudulent charge and the pathetic attempt to still scam me out of $70 after I explained the situation. Employees at this location need to be retrained in learning how to deal with customers or they can expect to lose their business in the future!

This is a review across the board for TD Banknorth. This branch just happens to be my local one. Long story short, this bank chain cannot even handle updating your address. We are going to be closing out our account to their inability to even perform the simplest task. There is no way I want them handling our money. We moved from one town to the next. Did an update on our address at the teller window in Bedford (next to Whole Foods). It took us a while to discover we stopped getting statements at our new address. Come to find out, the system switched our account back to the old address without so much as a warning?? Fast forward a few years to this month. We moved again. Visited another TD branch (Bedford - on 101). Told the teller our experience last time doing an address change at the teller window. I was assured it would not happen again. Well, I just received our 5th notice that our contact information has been changed and to please let them know if we received this message in error. The first 3 notices went to our new address. The last 2 notices were sent to our old address and forwarded by the post office. Why on earth is our bank sending a notice to our old address that our contact info has been changed and if it hasn't, to let them know? Does that make any sense to send sensitive bank info to our old address where strangers are living now? If you want to trust them with your money, go for it.

I am a local small business owner. I enjoy having a neighborhood bank where people make the effort to have friendly interactions and help in any way they can.. I find this bank and it’s staff to do just that. They are eager to go the extra mile to help !Thank you, Johanna S

Opened an account online with the intention of receiving a $300 bonus after $2,500 direct deposit. After a week of receiving no info to set up my direct deposit I decided to call and was told I had to go in to finish setting up my account. After going in to set up the account I finally received checks with an account and routing number to set up my direct deposit. By the time all of this took place my second direct deposit went in 2 days after the 60 day window and I was told I would not receive the $300 bonus. Safe to say I am closing the account and will look else where for a more convenient bank. Sad, because I liked most other aspects of the bank but customer service and promptness was sub par.

Big, clean well maintained bank. Although I really don't like going here because of how hard it is to fight traffic to get in and out. People here are generally friendly, ATM isn't too busy, tellers are slow.

Unprofessional. Women more concerned with flirting then helping other clients with buisness. Never again.

Some of the best banking service available. However the bank itself is wrapped in unfriendly red tape and littered with fines and fees. They also make quite frequent "mistakes" and fine you which results in customers calling in to fix their mistakes. Very aggravating
