Had a lot of amazon returns to do, and unreasonable amount before they were closing, and they stayed open later to get it done. Excellent service and very accommodating!

So I finally got a response back from the owner that filled with errors. 1 month after my shipping i went back to the store to explain a request was sent to the recipient asking the contents of the package. The recipient who is my lawyer in Europe didn't know and told them that and they marked it Delivery refused. He never refused it. I then went back and forth with UPS via chats (I have them all) and I got was bad info and generic responses. I was then working with Scott who tried hard to help and several days later he left me a message saying no one at corporate seemed to know what they were doing and the phone numbers they gave him to call were no good. When the package got delivered to my house..not the store like it should have been that is when I called the store and they said I should get a refund and they would tell the owner and call me back. I never heard a thing until about 2 months later when the owner tried to weasel out of the refund. There's no excuse for this. Completely unprofessional.

Rude. Turned me away without a hint of friendliness. If google allowed a zero, I’d have chosen that.Wish there was another UPS store nearby.So sorry to say this- I would discourage anyone from using this location. Hope this changes for the better.

We recently shipped 4 large original art paintings from the Bedford NH UPS Store to Washington State. They were received right on time with zero damage to the cartons' exteriors. The recipient (our son) raved about the care taken with the packaging of each priceless oil painting - "they could have been run over by a tank and come out undamaged". Our thanks to the Bedford Store staff who went above and beyond to wrap and package them (and the drivers who also handled them with great care). Thank you!

I have only visited this store on two occasions having recently moved to the area, but both experiences have been enough to prompt me to write a review. So often we feel compelled to speak out when we have had a bad experience, this, however, is the polar opposite. On both of my visits I have been served by Aaron, whose level of customer service and friendly disposition is way above anything I normally encounter on a daily basis, he is a credit to that operation and the epitome of outstanding company representation (UPS you need to make sure you look after this guy). Thank you Aaron and please keep up the great work!

The experience was terrible here. I had a package to be returned to Amazon. The young man said he couldn’t return the package because the return barcode was for USPS. I showed him that Amazon said USPS or the shipper of my choice. After going around and around he kept saying he couldn’t help. I asked repeatedly if I could just ship it back through UPS. He kept saying no. There’s nothing he could do. He clearly did not care and was not interested in helping. Finally, he told me I could email the store the label and in fact he could ship it for me. I’m not sure what his problem or attitude was, but I would recommend using a different UPS Store with better customer service people who care about the customer.

I needed to get a document notarized and I called and was told the notary would be in all day until 5. Aaron was super helpful and polite and got the document done quickly. Thanks so much!After the incredibly negative experience with rude employees that I had at another location earlier in the day this certainly turned my day around. I’ll drive the extra 20 minutes to have a positive experience.
