“Mike took care of me with a heavily modified 2010 GT500. I spent 1.5 years looking for a mechanic/shop to do a much needed 4 wheel alignment on the car. Due to the modifications, and lack of specs in my possession (purchased vehicle with modifications already made), no one in the area would even attempt the job. Pro-Image was referred to me via word of mouth, when I called approximately the 15th shop in attempt to make an appointment. Mike was put on the phone, and his tone of voice told me everything. Not only was he confident he could do the work extremely well, but he also explained why I could trust him to perform work on the vehicle. Not only did he agree, he offered to do it immediately, and offered to replace a few small parts to ensure the alignment stayed dialed in for longevity. My 2010 drives solid as a 2024 would off the lot, honestly probably more solid, and I had my car back with all work completed in hours, not days. Incredible place and will return time and time again, without a doubt. Thank you Mike, and Pro-Image.”

“I was a diesel mechanic for over 15 years now retired from the industry. I do my own work, but I use this shop for things I can’t do (tires, alignments, etc.). They are a TOP-TIER shop, every time I’ve done business with them is a fantastic experience. They will always fit me in and get the work done promptly. The service desk staff is very kind and helpful. Just last week I called them to have my own tires mounted and balanced for my truck after being turned away from another shop and they fit me in the next day and were willing to work with me, I ended up just bringing them the tires and wheels and still they had the job done quickly even though I didn’t buy the tires from them. They are a great neighborhood shop. I will continue to use them when I can.”

“Went back today for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. Excellent, fast service! The guys are very well trained, knowledgeable and friendly. Monro is now our go-to. I'll be taking our other car in soon.
I'd always assumed this was a business to avoid since it's a chain but boy was I wrong. We recently purchased a set of 4 tires from Amazon and decided to give this shop a try to mount and balance the tires. Amazon shipped the tires directly to the Monro shop and everything went just great from there. The store manager, Larry, is a terrific guy who is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The guys in the garage are just like Larry. We dropped our car off at 8am and went out for breakfast. While we were eating Larry called to let us know the car was ready - talk about fast! We had an issue with our check engine light and they told us how to proceed with it. The work was done expertly - we couldn't be happier. We've decided to take our cars to Larry at Monro from now on. Excellent local business! Give them a try - you won't to regret it! 5 stars.”

They even found issues with my rear brakes I didn't even know about and fixed that too. I definitely recommend this garage.”

“My truck threw a belt and started overheating while driving on I-93. I managed to limp along to get off the highway and came across Auto Care Plus just by chance. Not only did Paul come right out and assess the damage but also set me up with a loaner vehicle so I was back on the road in about half an hour! They expedited the repairs (AC, condenser and belt) so I could have the truck back a few days later and still make it to my race on Sunday. Paul even stayed late on a Friday so I could get the vehicle for the weekend. These guys are rock stars!”

“I called late in the day hoping to get in for a vehicle inspection. It was maybe and hour to an hour and a half before they close. They took me right in, didn’t try to sell me any extras, and had me out very quickly. While waiting, I listened to them speak with many customers that were showing up to pick up their vehicles. They were very professional, polite, informative, and considerate of everyone’s time. They explained the services that were done and answered questions without trying to over complicate things. This is how it should be done. I’ll be back for any work that I don’t have the time to do myself.”

“I recently moved and am no longer close to Motorcar. As such, I began using a different garage, located closer to me. I tolerated pricey oil changes (almost 50% more $$), excuses like "we didn't rotate your tires because they didn't need it" (ummm...they don't look like they need it because they are rotated every oil change), and pricey brake work.
Finally, I had enough and decided to go back to Motorcar. Despite the drive and need for a loaner, I am glad that I made the decision. I never have to worry, and I pay a fair price.”

“I made an appointment earlier in week around Tuesday and scheduled a Saturday appointment for 10. I was early and James helped me at the counter and was very knowledgeable and polite and professional . He talked me through everything and answered all questions . Tyler was the tech who worked on the car I believe and he had me in and out for a tire issue and even set it to my psi as other tires “which I wanted but forgot to mention it “ . I was able to glare at a part of the shop through the window which gives you a sense of ease as you can see what’s going on which is a huge plus so your not stuck in a four cornered room with only a tv to look at . I’d highly recommend VIP on DW highway in Manchester ,Nh for any automotive repairs . Thanks VIP team !!”
“This is the only auto repair place that hasn't over charged or been shady in some way. They have a great online system that sends you a report of what they saw when they looked over your car and a breakdown of the cost and once you have electronically sign it they get started on the work. My husband had a couple questions about things and his questions were answered within a minute of his phone call starting and he wasn't put on hold or ignored for 20 minutes which happens with a lot of these places. They were up front and had the exact same suggestions and diagnosis as my husband who knows a lot about mechanics but doesn't have the garage or time to do it himself. This is one of the very few places that I would feel 100% confident and comfortable with just believing what they say. I had my car towed there and work was done in less than two working days. 10/10”
