A moving pod is scheduled they take the money and then they call the day they are supposed to be dropping off the pod to say they are too busy to do it. Says we would have to rent a truck to pick up a pod, bring in to our house and than bring the truck back. That is not okay by any means, thwt is not what was scheduled, thats not what our money was taken for.This is not how a business should be ran, this is not how paying customers should be treated. You don't plan something, take someone's money and then say you can't do it the day you are suppose to be doing it

There is customer service and then there is James Place customer service. He went above and beyond to make sure I had all the materials needed for my move as well as help walk everything out to my car.Very appreciative of his guidance and support for what can be a stressful time.

Van was great but the customer service was horrible. I was threatened by the staff and charged a rental fee for items I thought I had purchased just as I had in the past repeatedly....then was charged for the items themselves without authorization (audio from in-store vehicle rental would easily verify that I thought I was again buying these items as before). Completely different than every other U-Haul I have experienced. Customer service and communication are critical, these people sorely lack both, use another location. They significantly delayed me getting on the road and the lack of product knowledge was obvious which led largely to this issue. Both the associate and manager were rude after I voiced my frustration. The associate was baiting me to engage physically after I indicated I couldn't do anything to defend myself beyond getting a bit loud. I was frustrated to be charged excessively and felt I was being stolen from financially. This was very unprofessional behavior. I believe what I had done previously was no longer available at the price it was back then, I know such things happen. If only they could have communicated that to me.

The husband and I had a very similar situation to Mr. Marchand a few weeks ago. The manager was vulgar and offensive towards us, she seemed proud of her ability to argue with customers while at the same time not helping them. The staff was unprofessional and seemed to lack the basic knowledge and training to assist customers. We doubt there is any training for the employees, especially in customer treatment and service. Our equipment was excellent as well but avoid this location if possible. It could just be the employees reflect the poor attitude of the manager.

God awful…. I made a reservation for an outside unit I go to bring my stuff and they tell me they don’t have one… They really didn’t seem to care….

I got my wiring done at the UHAUL in Bedford New Hampshire for my trailer hitch.I have a SUV. They left all of the wiring inside the car. Plus when I dropped my car off it was running fine. After picking up my car there was knocking and the car stopped running within approximately 10 miles. This experience has left me so angry. Everyone say you need a hitch you have to go to UHAUL. Not me

I reserved a unit online, it said 2 available. Ipicked move in date. I drive down to location in Bedford NH. Showed up to move in. Rep tells me the system is not updated and I'm# 5 in line for my unit. It really was not available.??? Very frustrated.

Very clean and easy to use indoor storage. One downside is having to park and haul things all the way in but it's still clean and nice.

It's really hard for me to give U-Haul a 5 star score. As the owner of a moving company I move between 40-50 families a week. All of them rely on U-Haul and lots of times we have been left stranded. Every single time I come to this location I am helped beyond what I have come for. Tara and Jessica go above and beyond sorting out details, fixing the gaps, and confirming with me about my future moves. Any problem related to U-Haul Tara can fix in a blink of an eye. I would of brought my entire company, all my business, and all my customers to a different mode of transportation if I didn't have Tara and Jessica. Put their faces on the truck, they are our whole world. Love you both so much- MMB Movers (Bedford,NH)

The facility was very nice and organized easy to get around and plenty of carts to get the job done. But you think a big place like that would have a soap dispenser in their bathroom.

The staff have been great. Their service has been outstanding.
