I have been sending large quantities of parcels from here throughout the year. Friendly staff will always help you. Their smiles will cheer you up even on a cold winter day!

Don’t go here on the days Larry is working. Unfortunately, he always seems to be there. Every time I have the misfortune of dealing with him there is a problem and I am unable to ship my item. I ship a lot of perfume and Larry is the only one that denies my packaging. None of his coworkers seem to have an issue. It seems like he’s making up his own rules at this point. I agree with a past commitment, save yourself the time and go to Manchester.

Heather is a gem!
I stopped here to ship a couple things while traveling for biz and had a great experience.
Heather was thorough, quick, and extremely kind.
I appreciate this so much in a time where I believe proficiency and good customer service are lacking within so many businesses.

They need more employees hiding in the back of the office over an hour before closing time. So far I’ve counted three bureaucrats on the dole. This is one of the worst in my experience. They even have to close for lunch.More fruit cup for their pension fund!

If I could give a negative rating, I 100% would. I brought a pre paid package to the Post office to be delivered, and stood in line rather than dropped the package off as I needed a receipt. After a sigh and an eye roll, she told me “about how today would be a lesson and how just this once she was going to help me out”. By help out she explained how I did this all wrong and how she would normally charge extra because of my “mistakes”. I ship multiple packages across the country every week and nobody is ever so completely rude, miserable, and completely nauseating to interact with. I will work exclusively with FedEx and UPS going forward. I’d happily pay extra to never have to see or work with Ann or anyone blind enough to employ her ever again.Having Ann in a customer facing role is the most questionable hiring and staffing decision I can imagine. USPS - you really should choose who represents you more carefully. You have lost atleast 1 long time customer today, and I’m sure as long as Ann is polluting your Bedford location that there will be many more to fall.

I had the worst experience in the post office yesterday. This employee Anne needs to be working in the backroom away from customers. She has zero customer service skills. Drove to Goffs Falls road Post Office. Gave the same package 20 mins later and the counter worker in Manchester had no problem with it. NEVER WILL I BE BACK TO BEDFORD POST OFFICE. Save yourself and drive to Manchester.
