After going here for about 24 yrs I never thought I would be writing a post like this! Struggling big time with my decision to say goodbye to my precious little dog Barney ! Called twice in past six weeks asking if they would contact my vet who now is retired and only works there once in awhile and ask him if he wouldCall me as I know he would! I know hearing himSay yes I did the right thing is what I need to hear as I’mConsumed with extreme sadness and guilt ! even therapist who I will start seeing next week for the first time said to me “have you talked to your vet” and that when she had to say goodbye to her soulmate 15 yr old cat talking to her vet is what helped her! Manager said no!

Don't ever bring your animals here. If your animal is sick on Saturday they won't see you because they only see wellness visits on Saturdays. If you animal is really sick they wait 2 to 3 weeks to get you an appointment. If your animal has a chronic disease they don't give you enough options to prevent things from going down hill faster. My cat died because he didn't get the proper treatment & when he was sick I had to wait several weeks to have him seen

Been using VCA for nearly 10 years and would NOT recommend this location. Over a weeks wait for an emergency appointment is unacceptable. Find another vet who can actually see your pet. Disappointed by the lack of compassion and help provided by this staff.

I would not recommend to my worst enemy. Us that have puppies know how much they mean to us and they are like our kids. We want them to be treated good & get them the best always. This place does not care about puppies nor the parents at all. I pay forthe careclub and literally nothing but dome shotd are included. When my dog wasn’t feeling good they never have any openings to see him. When they could finally see him I had to wait in the lobby for an hour for my puppy to be seen because they were waiting on the previous dog to be seen, but one time I was late five minutes and they couldn’t see my puppy. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Over the past 60 years, and many cats and dogs, D. W. Animal Hospital has been our go to vets. Terrific, caring vets and so very kind technicians. Today really showcased them. We brought our 2 kittens in for their first exam. Both are extremely traumatized and scared. Becca, the tech, was incredible. She actually got them calmed down enough to be examined and nails clipped. Our vet,, Dr. Sullivan, was so caring and kind, knowing how scared they were. A VERY positive visit!

They're super responsive to all my questions. They take great care of my dog and cat, and form a relationship with the owner and animal. I've had great experience with the techs, and have seen 3 doctors. They're all great. Highly recommend.

We have been bringing our 5 month old pup to VCA since 10 weeks old. The vet team is great, especially Dr. Sullivan. While our dog doesn't have a fear of males when he walked in I wondered how she would react as it was her first time with a male vet. He was fantastic! He was gentle, caring and seemed to really want to help her in any way he can. She hates shots but didn't even notice when he gave them. He was personable and both me and my wife walked out and said "I really like that Dr". The VCA staff has been great and you don't wait a long time after you get there. Recommend VCA and especially Dr. Sullivan.

We've been clients of their's for over twenty years, but when one of our littles needed them on a Saturday morning for an urgent matter, they couldn't fit him in.Disappointing to see they've gone the "big business" route. We had started with them years ago because they were always willing to accommodate regular clients.So....in search of a new vet we go.

We couldn't be happier with the care that Dr. Jenkins and the rest of the staff provide our greyhounds! We've been trusting this team with the health and welfare of our dogs for over 7 years, and they consistently go above & beyond all reasonable expectations.

This place is associated with Banfield hospital which is a corporate company and I do not and I repeat do not recommend this place because they will trap you into buying a wellness plan. They misdiagnose all your pets they neglect and abuse your pets and sometimes pets end up dying soon after because you do not know what type of treatments or what they do in the back room while you're sitting in the office patiently waiting. My kitty cats were treated years ago and end up dying soon after from the neglect and abuse that they were doing over the time that I've had them My puppy went in for a basic tummy bug and they end up just saying that he had liver enzymes elevated. They did a fecal sample no parasites were found they end up either way putting him on an antibiotic as well as an anti parasite med that soon after I calmed down and got home realized that they do not need this. They told me to eat a specific food for him which is toxic and poisonous to the little bodies and then if they still have enzymes elevated in 3 months we can do an ultrasound and an MRI on his stomach. All they care about is getting you on a wellness plan and money. The veterinarians are not professional uncaring and no experience whatsoever. The vet techs do not have any training whatsoever except for a one month basic training. If anybody cares about their loved ones please do not go to any veterinary clinic that is associated with Banfield. If you really want to know anything about this corporate office go on to Google and Google Banfield hospital customer reviews. They're over a million complaints. As well as on Facebook and go under Banfield hospital or shame on Banfield all on Facebook.

I've never written a one star review before, but this is more than justified. I've taken my dog to this vet for many years and have used their care plan. I've always been very pleased with them until this week when my dog got sick with some serious symptoms. When I called for an appointment, I was told that there were no appointments available for over two weeks. My dog was sick , and there was no one who would see her. I was appalled. Luckily, I called another veterinary hospital that gave me an appointment the same day. I would expect that Daniel Webster would have some plan in place to accommodate emergencies. I had paid for the care plan, but I was told I could take her to an emergency vet who would have no knowledge of her medical history and we would have had to pay an exorbitant price. To say I am very disappointed in Daniel Webster Animal Hospital is an understatement. It turns out that my dog has a serious kidney infection and her creatinine level was very low. This explains all of her symptoms, and we were able to start her on medication right away instead of two weeks from now thanks to her new vet. It is so wonderful to see her tail wag again and see her spark coming back.

I've been taking my dog here for almost four years now, and the Vets and the staff there are really knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this animal hospital! Most recently- I took my dog there because she was experiencing pain when she was picked up and / or jumping down from the couch. Within minutes, Dr. Sullivan was able to determine what was bothering her and had subscribed more rest and the equivalent of canine motrin. Now... she's back to her old self. Thanks, Doc Sullivan!

I’ve been bringing my cats to this vet for years, but the last time I went was absolutely appalling and drove me to switch vets. I was concerned about one of my cat’s health; the vet did a very brief inspection and told me that the cat was perfectly fine… well, said “perfectly fine” cat passed away less than three days later.

Just a heads up. This is an expensive vet. This VCA charges $95 exam fee for each visit. For example, you’ll pay a $95 exam fee on your first visit. If you have to come back a few months later for vaccines, they will charge you another $95 exam fee and so forth. Not anything special, just an ordinary - possibly below average - vet.
