“VCA Daniel Webster Animal Hospital is NOT a hospital. It's a primary care clinic.

A hospital is where you go in an emergency. When our dog was near the end of his life and things took a turn for the worse, we were referred to an emergency pet clinic in Manchester. We were always told "...if his condition changes, let us know." When I let them know, they told me that they had no open appointments and that I should take him elsewhere.

According to their website, they offer euthanasia services. But they don't offer the care that usually comes right before the euthanasia is needed. Putting your pet down is not something you schedule in advance.

That said, I was satisfied with the primary care services our dog received during his time with us. The vets and assistants at Daniel Webster Animal Primary Care are knowledgeable, professional, friendly and caring.

I would suggest that they keep appointments open and a doctor available daily to deal with emergencies. But that would probably cut into profits...

Or, at least, they should change their name.”
