Sojan is amazing as always. Impeccable customer service and attention to detail as always. Will now drive 30 minutes further to this Walgreens to ensure quality of service. Walgreens is so fortunate to have him and pray he is recognized for his excellence! I switched pharmacies from Londonderry Walgreens to Rite Aid and will now switch back knowing all my family's' medications will be correct and timely once again.TY again for being you Sojan

Let me start by saying the team that used to work at this store was absolutely AMAZING. They were kind, caring, and worked hard to take care of their customers. But they left due to the company not caring about it's customers or safety. Corporate was unwilling to staff it appropriately to ensure customer safety, so they gave up and found better pharmacies to work at.This new staff is deplorable. I don't want to get into the whole story, but what I can tell you is the staff, both technicians and the pharmacist, will straight out lie to your face in order to get out of tasks that are quick and easy. They've made their own polices that are not Walgreens polices in an effort to NOT deliver customer service.To top it off they are frequently closed without warning and medications take WAY too long to process. This store has become a joke. I would write corporate if I believed that they cared. After hearing what went down at this store, it is very clear that the company does not care.

The pharmacist is extremely rude and I am writing on behalf of a physicians office. I asked her if there was a new deal going on with codes for controlled substances and I was very rudely spoken like a child stating it was because of state guidelines. We have been sending this script for this patient across state lines months before, not to mention when the patient called to see if her prescription was ready she was told " the doctors office has to call us to clarify", first of all this you your guys job to do when prescriptions need clarification to call the physicians office not to tell the patient to call you. This is your job and your being lazy and the pharmacist is extremely rude and out of line, I will be calling my patient back to have her switch pharmacies due to this matter. I was treated like a child, and I also asked the technician 2 questions prior to speaking to this pharmacist and was told "I don't know I'm new" to me, so why does she work there when she cannot answer anyone's questions let alone from a doctors office pathetic! I believe this none of what this pharmacist told me was true and that she is making up her own rules.

Let's hope the pharmacy operations manager Brenda was just having an off day, and didn't intend to be so rude and condescending when I picked up a prescription for my dog tonight. I'm new to the Bedford Walgreens and my 3 prior experiences were far more pleasant, thus the 5 stars. I'm polite to a fault even on my worst days, which is why it resonates with me when my presence is met with frustration.

HOW, in good conscience, do you allow people to schedule Covid tests a week in advance KNOWING that you don't have any Covid tests??? I scheduled a week ago for pre-travel testing. Got a call this morning, the day before my test, cancelling due to lack of tests. Was told that they haven't had tests for weeks!! Do you have any idea what it's like trying to find a rapid test for the next day right now? THERE ARE NONE!!! What about my trip? Do you even care? Will NEVER do business with ANY Walgreens now because of you.

Walgreens, store # 9320 must not want to be in the flu vaccine business. Wait time 1/2 hour regardless of appointment, not appointment. Went in today. 1 person in line, pharmacist says it's going to be 25 minutes at least before they can get to us. I say what if we make an appointment and come back? Still 25 minutes minimum. This same pharmacist year after year always looks so put out she has to give a flu shot. Not coming back.

They are constantly having to order prescriptions. I've never had this happen with a pharmacy where it seems that no matter what we've been prescribed, there's always some kind of delay. This is for common illnesses and allergies, how is this not on hand?

Love all who work there. Every person in that store treats you like you matter, you don't get that enough in the world today, so when you do point it out, validate kind people, and pay it forward.. I will always go there.
