Let me start by saying the team that used to work at this store was absolutely AMAZING. They were kind, caring, and worked hard to take care of their customers. But they left due to the company not caring about it's customers or safety. Corporate was unwilling to staff it appropriately to ensure customer safety, so they gave up and found better pharmacies to work at.This new staff is deplorable. I don't want to get into the whole story, but what I can tell you is the staff, both technicians and the pharmacist, will straight out lie to your face in order to get out of tasks that are quick and easy. They've made their own polices that are not Walgreens polices in an effort to NOT deliver customer service.To top it off they are frequently closed without warning and medications take WAY too long to process. This store has become a joke. I would write corporate if I believed that they cared. After hearing what went down at this store, it is very clear that the company does not care.

HOW, in good conscience, do you allow people to schedule Covid tests a week in advance KNOWING that you don't have any Covid tests??? I scheduled a week ago for pre-travel testing. Got a call this morning, the day before my test, cancelling due to lack of tests. Was told that they haven't had tests for weeks!! Do you have any idea what it's like trying to find a rapid test for the next day right now? THERE ARE NONE!!! What about my trip? Do you even care? Will NEVER do business with ANY Walgreens now because of you.
