I needed to have a 5th wheel hauled from northern NH to central NH. Barrett towing had to wait for me to to finalize paperwork and when I messaged him he promptly got back with the day (a couple days out) he could get me on the schedule. He arrived up north and messaged me to say he had arrived at pick up point and what time I could expect him at my home. He was awesome to do business with! I highly recommend him. My disabled son called them on behalf of a neighbor who locked their dog in their car with their phone.My son does not own or operate any kind of vehicle. Because my son made the call Barrett contacted himBy phone and demanded payment over the phone. No one ever saw an employee of Barrett’s at the residence, my son was never provided with a bill for services or a receipt for payment.This business clearly used my sons disability to scam him for money AND IT WORKED!I would plead with anyone under duress NOT to use their service. They will get money from whoever they can.

I send all my customers to Marty. He's fast and takes care of all the paperwork for AAA. My customers always say how nice he is and I'd absolutely say the same. Great guy and does a great job.

I was stranded with a dead car during the Covid-19 pandemic and I was being told by multiple towing places that I was not allowed to come along with my car, which needed a tow to my own home (because all auto places were closed due to after hours). Due to virus restrictions/safety guidelines not being allowed to get a ride left me completely stranded, not in walking distance, while my kids were home, alone. I had no one to come get me, without a cell, using someone else's phone to find help and was SO overwhelmed until this company, the ONLY driver, agreed to give me a lift with my car back to my house. Not only was he extremely kind, friendly and understanding but before leaving he showed me genuine compassion and helped me in a big way. I would definitely recommend this guy to everyone and hope he can know from this post just how thankful and appreciative I am of him as I never even thought to get his name. THANK YOU

Called last night in an utter panic and crying. Marty was UNBELIEVABLY kind, understanding, and patient with me. He got to me in under 30 minutes and was nice enough to call me when he picked up my car since I was at work. Additionally he talked me through what he thought what might be wrong with my car which I greatly appreciated. Hands down 10/10 service, would 100% recommend and use again!
