Always enjoy visiting the Belmont Store at Rt 106 \\u0026 Plummer Hill. The staff is always friendly and they always have a wide variety of hot foods for quick grab and go and during the day you can get NY sandwich made to order if you have time to allow them to make it for you.

Twice now at 9:45 pm the door was locked when we just wanted to grab some ice cream late night after watching a movie... we ended up driving to tilton but we literally live 1 minute up the hill from the belmont location its such a disappointment when online it says open till 12 am qnd we get done there and no one in sight lights were on and everything

Google says its open 24 hours. The lights and music are left on, so it appears to be open ish...? I showed up at 11:15 pm and could not get gas. The door was locked and I only had cash. The result included several wasted hours along with a couple hundred bucks that I will never see again. All because I relied on google which is typically right. Especially when every other Circle K is open 24 hours to my knowledge. There were no hours posted on the building. At first I assumed the employee must be in the bathroom. So I waited because it really seemed like it was open. All the lights, signs and music still going strong. I started to worry that something may be wrong. Was the employee in trouble? Should I call the police? I looked up that specific store again on google, confirmed the advertised hours (again), and opted to call the store. My thought process being that if they were in the bathroom, they may have take a cordless phone with them. I could hear the phone ringing inside the store but obviously nobody answered it. I noticed there were no cars in the parking lot so I left. I ran out of gas shortly after. The next morning, I sent a message using the generic "contact us" button on their website in an effort to inform them of the situation along with the problems it caused me. Within the following 24-48 hours, I heard back from the regional manager (or some title of that nature) and was told that the Laconia rd store "has never been 24 hours" and that I should have gone to the Tilton store.... I'm leaving two stars because their products and other employees are probably up to par with the rest of the Circle K stores that I've previously experienced. Even if their hours and regional manager don't seem to be. Caused a huge inconvenience for me then showed almost no care for the problems their company directly caused. I am truly only giving any credit for sympathy shown, because they emailed me back so quickly. There was nothing in the email to suggest they felt any concern for future customers that could have a similar experience. I have been a long time customer and worked for one of the stores when I was 18 and loved it. I know things would have been handled much differently by the people that oversaw the stores back then. Kinda sad more than anything I guess.

Evening clerk was not very helpful OR friendly. Bathroom was nasty. Needs improvement on customer service skills.

Great store. Stuck it out through all the penguin carp and now. Prices are not bad. No wait grab go
