This facility is absolutely worthless, no one picks up the phone to schedule a delivery.For 4 hours I have been trying to get through to the belmont nh location and all 20 employees that I have spoken to have refused to do anything to help other then "transfer" me to someone else.

While I wasn't prepared, I was able to drop off a shipment that was being psid for by the recipient. It took a while but Casie helped get it done! Thanks FedEx and thanks Casie!
