I’ve been having problems with my hose getting wrapped around my electric wheelchair and leaking grease everywhere in the house getting all over me. I am also blind. Lincare just told me not to run over the hose and my wheelchair has nothjng to do with hose. Rehabilitation equipment associates Have been to my home 6 different times because the hose is wrapped around the wheels causing the hose to get stuck in the wheel and leaking oil. I now have to order a new wheel chair witch is 1000s of dollars Lincare said that’s has nothing tondo with it. Luckily I have pictures of the hose wrapped around the axel Great customer service.

Jennifer was right on the ball. Got my son's order in late at night and was calling me to come get it first thing in the morning. Once I got there she took a dummy machine out and showed me what I was supposed to do. I had never used the equipment before. She was very sweet to me. It was also cold and nasty outside but she made sure we had what we needed and we knew how to use it! 10/10 recommend Belmont Lincare (Jennifer) to everyone!

I care for my grandmother who is at home. When the doctors office and the pharmacy couldn't handle it, Jennifer was a sweet heart that helped me in every way possible and got everything done by tonight so I could get it to my grandmother on the same day. ?

I would like to thank the woman who helped me replace my equipment after speaking with her on the phone. I didn't know how to get to Lincare pharmacy store, so she had the equipment delivered to my home the very next day after my call. That resulted in me having my medicine without skipping a day. I cannot say enough about Lincare in Belmont, NH. Jennifer went above and beyond to help our family. It was hard to leave my elderly mother (who lives alone) and return to my home in Massachusetts. Jennifer did everything possible to be sure my mom was well set up and I felt like she was in amazing hands. Thank you! Thank you! You made a very difficult situation so much better!

I've dealt with Lincare locations that I'd give zero stars. Before that I was an Apria victim. Don't get me started on Apria.Lincare Belmont, Jennifer and Sam, have treated me well for years.Responsive, professional, polite, problem solvers.They just fixed an admin glitch by Lincare Central which gummed up my CPAP supplies because we are snowbirds, and they are fixing a communication issue which delayed my new machine. They spotted the problem and put the fix in motion.I am not rating Lincare 5 stars, I am rating Lincare Belmont, Jennifer and Sam 5 stars.

I HATE Lincare/Belmont, NH!!! Why? Because they have raised the bar for customer service to the level few will meet.It took no less than five calls to other vendors(including another Lincare site) before I found Jennifer. The others didn't know, gave misinformation, couldn't, wouldn't...you get the picture. The minute I spoke with Jennifer, I knew I hit the jackpot. She immediately knew my needs(providing both meds and nebulizer equipment) and identified an issue with the PCP, which she dealt with successfully. She spoke with such confidence and certitude, I did not doubt a thing she said. She stated she would take care of everything and keep me abreast to the progress, which she did, superbly.Also, a shout out to Ryan, the delivery man. He was kind and respectful to my 93yo mom. He went above and beyond to help.You will not be sorry choosing Lincare/Belmont as long as Jennifer and Ryan are there.

Jennifer is the most helpful, dedicated, and nicest person I have ever dealt with for my oxygen needs. She made sure I had everything I needed for my travel plans. Lincare needs more people like her to help the patients. Thank you Jennifer

New customer wanted to say so far great service. Jennifer worked through her lunch to make sure I had what I needed. She had to reconnect to my doc to get everything right. Ryan also great delivery. Very happy.

7/27/2023Had a problem with my Inogen One Jennifer took One look at me and checked my oxygen it was low suggested I switch to tanks for better control. She is the nicest most helpful person I have met since I met my wife I give her 10 STARS + the five aboveThank you Jennifer MIKE Mongiovi
