I recently rented a floor scrubber from your business and was extremely disappointed with both the condition of the equipment and the customer service I received.
When I picked up the machine, I immediately noticed that the power cord had multiple visible cuts, poorly patched with electrical tape. Despite this concern, I was assured it worked properly, so I took it home—a 35-minute drive.
Unfortunately, once I began using it, the scrubber brush did not spin and the suction was minimal at best. It left my floors just as dirty, only now they were also soaking wet.
When I called to report the issue, I was told to bring it back so someone could “take a look at it.” I asked if this would cut into my rental time, and was told, “Yes, I can’t really do anything over the phone, ma’am.”
This response, combined with the poor condition of the equipment, left me extremely dissatisfied. I expected a functional, safe machine and a customer service team that stands behind the products they rent. Very Disappointed.

Just rented a 40’x60’ tent with tables and chairs for a backyard wedding. Phenomenal customer service. From initial contact and reservation months in advance, to changes along the way, to the big day, professionalism throughout. Tent setup was quick, tent canvas was in great shape/ almost new and breakdown was just as smooth. I’d highly recommend.

Very responsive for the rental and when an issue popped up, the owner was very quick to help us and explain. Would recommend and will use for future rentals.

Great friendly staff!! Knowledgeable and courteous. Products are well kept and run like champs!! Rented a front tine tiller and a brush hog and both, Started first pull!! Are as advertised.

Absolutely awful. I tried booking tables and chairs for a birthday party about a month in advance. When I put in the inquiry through the website, no one got back to me, so I emailed them directly about a week later. They sent me an invoice for the stuff and told me it would be delivered. Then, the week before the party, I emailed them again to see if I could add another table to the list. I didn't hear anything back. Then, on the day of the party, nothing was delivered, and since it was a Sunday and they don't have Sunday hours, I had no way to contact anyone about it. I emailed them the next day to make sure they're not going to charge my card, and they haven't answered me. Such awful customer service.
