There 2 young men at Belmont, NH Verizon store are the most helpful, friendly employees you could have. If anyone needs anything, I highly suggest you go see them! We definitely will be doing our business there from this point forward.

This store is not a certified Verizon location; they are only licensed to sell Verizon products. Unfortunately, I’ve had a poor experience with both this store and their sister location in Tilton. I purchased a brand new $36 charger that doesn’t work, and even though I have the receipt and the charger is still unused—wrapped with the original tie—they refused to take it back, claiming they couldn’t scan it into their system. Their reasoning is always “Verizon guidelines,” yet when I called Verizon directly, I was told the receipt—with the matching SKU number—should be sufficient for a return. Every time I speak with Verizon, I’m given a different answer than what I hear at these stores. No one seems to be on the same page, which makes the experience incredibly frustrating. I would suggest only visiting these locations if you have basic questions or need help with your line, but I would not recommend purchasing anything from them.

Refuses to sell phones outright to prepaid Verizon customers. They apologized to me years ago for this same thing saying it should not have happened after complaining to Verizon. Actually got a phone call from their store long ago. Went today and again refused to sell me a phone. Had to overnight one directly feom Verizon's website. This store is a complete joke. Victra that owns this location are only out to make more money by trying to activate contract plans and don't care about other Verizon consumers. My charge port is dead on my phone and I needed a new phone ASAP. Never again with I ever use this location. Twice in 4 years they denied me a new phone. Victra's management is terrible.

This was my best experience by far in any Verizon store. I dropped my phone in the lake and was so relieved by Christan’s outstanding reassurance and professionalism. He sorted everything efficiently and we had a great series of conversations as we waited for the process steps. My phone was completely restored without any issues. Thank you Christian!!!

The staff including the manager of the store down to a brand new trainee are phenomenal! The manager, (Sean I believe ) Aaron, Emily, Noah, and a few others took extremely excellent care of my every question and purchase. I’m definitely a customer for life! Well done Verizon!
