Ordering was easy and I got a text notice that it was ready. Nice young man loaded the pellets into my vehicle, but when I got home, 2 bags had been wet and the pellets were damaged, so I had to return to the store to swap them out for two more dry bags. While the overall process was easy, I had to waste another trip to the store adding time and gas usage to the day. Disappointing that I had to go back to get what I should have had in the first place.
