They don’t have any prices on the chips or snacks. It’s kind of dumb to grab two bags of chips and the price is $20 and then have to return it.also very rude employees.

I moved to Berlin a little over 7 years ago and only been inside this store once this past summer and realized the Chester Chicken was in the back. The girl working was friendly in good spirits, she took our order which was quite large because we wanted to try everything. She said if we didn't mind waiting she would prepare everything fresh for us. It was only a 15 minute wait. The chicken was really good and we really liked the breading. Overall my experience was positive and really enjoyed the food. We will definitely be back!

Chicken was ok but the wedges were hard like they had been sitting there awhile.. the wedges aren't even the same.. last week I paid 7 and change and this week 10 and change that's a 3 dollar increase!!!! Never going there again!

This store is great. They had no qualms with me training my service dog in store (even though she is failing hard. Loves people way too much and she's already almost 2) The Chester's Chicken I had was bomb. Y'all complaining about it: you gotta know when to go to get it hot and fresh! This is a gas station, not a full on Chester's. Nothing is made to order. It's not fair to judge when you have poor judgement. The kid behind the chicken counter is a sweetheart and deserves a 5 stars on his own. The woman with the beautiful dreads: you have beautiful dreads. Thank you. See you again soon!

Terrible experience a couple months back with an employee. Emailed corporate, never recieved a reply to even acknowledge they received it. Must be OK for employees to treat paying customers like an inconvenience! Glad I haven't gone back un since!

Complete rip off. The Chicken was dry and not completely breaded. 4 tenders for 5.50 that were an inch and a half long. Tried to change us for a combo meal instead of the basic 4 piece. We wanted sides but the mashed potatoes were dry and crumbled and the wedges looked inedible. Not worth the money.
