I bought 2 Christmas ornaments for my grandsons & when I put the batteries in 1 of them as I turned it back over the stitch piece broke off the stem piece & brought it back & they replaced no problem. They were very professional, kind & willing to take care of this & gave me the same ornament as a replacement.
