Very quick service, and extremely affordable (mostly because my tires were already on the rims). Went in to get my winter tires put on.
Receptionist was pleasant and accommodating.
Waiting room is cozy.
Within walking distance to main St in Berlin, so you can walk for a while and go shop or something in the meantime.
No complaints. Great shop.

This shop is a money grab!! an does NOT care about your vehicle, They will cause damage to your car on purpose so you have to "keep coming back" I do not recommend anybody do business with Mr Auto!!!!

Took care of my serpentine belt which needed replacing. Reinspected my brakes which had been a little off. Despite being busy they were polite and reasonable about work and pricing. my vehicle was back in a timely fashion..they evencleaned my windshield. I'm very happy with them.
