WOW!!!!! That is the simplest way to express the wonderful time we had at The Adair Inn for our son's wedding weekend February 29th - March 3rd. Chris and Miranda wanted an outdoor winter wedding (they live in Florida) and visited The Inn last year (2023) and fell in love with all of it...so the destination was selected and the planning began. As everyone knows this has been an unexceptional warm winter in the North East with little to no snow however that did not put a damper on our wonderful weekend. From the staff welcome greetings to Tom carrying a cocktail outside for my son in the rain EVERYTHING was perfect. Brenda has the most exceptional staff catering to your every need. The rooms were beautiful, the food exquisite, the Inn charming and I could go on and on. Many thanks to everyone who made this weekend memorable for us all, especially Chris and Miranda as they begin the next chapter in their lives.

We return to Adair's annually because of the lovely atmosphere, delicious food, great service, hand crafted cocktails, and a pool table and fireplace downstairs after dinner. Every other year, we give Adair's 5 stars. This time, we had two small complaints. The service was very slow. We like to take our time with our dinner out but this felt like waiting. And the roasted beet salad with goat cheese was plenty of lettuce with tiny chopped pieces of beet and some goat cheese. Underwhelming. Other than that, we loved our meal and had a great evening there.

The food was delicious. The service was outstanding; Haley was our waitress. The value on Thursday"date night" could not be beat. The Adair is beautiful, and the atmosphere is charming. Looking forward to our next meal there.

The Adair Country Inn was a very nice place to have a quiet dinner with my wife. The food and service were perfect. I would recommend it to anyone looking to have dinner near Franconia and Littleton.

We had a very enjoyable dinner at the Inn this past week. The dining room itself is very well decorated and really provides a comfortable and refined setting for dinner. The food was excellent and pacing was also very good. We were taken care of by Martha who was exceptional. We were staying at the Inn and our whole experience was very positive. If you are looking for a quiet country inn in northern New Hampshire in a beautiful setting with wonderful staff, then this is the place.

Very nice ambience in an old inn. Great date night spot. However, the food was average. My pork tenderloin (on special) was overcooked and there was no sauce on it even though it was advertised. Absolutely wasn't worth 32 dollars. I hate to bash as it was a very nice spot but I'd say stick to the main menu and you should be fine. Nice service though and great view by the fire!

Dining at the Adair is a family tradition for a wonderful Christmas time experience, the setting, menu, hosts and staff are always amazing, special thanks to the chef, always perfectly pair meals and delicious desserts! We don't just enjoy the Adair at Christmas, we stop in for cocktails and / or dinner with friends at other times during the year . Patio dining is available in the warmer months and is a great opportunities to take advantage of the view of their beautiful ground and the NH surroundings. The property was recently sold, we wish the new owners well, and look forward to returning in 2024.

The ambiance was nice. The Gnocchi was from a package, not homemade which was a disappointment for the price. Our family is Italian, so we know the difference. The fish chowder was bland. I would not eat either of these things again from this place. Otherwise, quiet and peaceful meal.

We joined another couple for dinner and it happened to be “date” night. Our server helped us with the menu options and as attentive throughout dinner. We were not hurried and had ample time to visit with friends. The lamb was the hit at the table!
