Laser focus on your form, breaks each exercise into parts to show proper execution...passionate ..encouraging..no matter what level you are. I never did crossfit before and boy am i glad I found her. Come join an amazing community! You will not be disappointed! p.s. I only go 3x a week and already in 2 months feel and see a difference.”

“OMG!!!! Blown away! Just took my first class. I moved up from Massachusetts and have been in spin classes for years with many different kinds of instructors and rooms.. This studio and instructor were by far the BEST ever! Kim has thought of everything! The music is perfection...every bike has a fan...the room has space between the bikes..the room has windows..each bike has it's own cleaning supplys..great stretches at the end of class..and you get a towel! Oh..and you will get fitted on your bike! Kim spent the entire class instructing on form..constant reminders as she has laser focus on what we were all doing on our bikes. . Wow..just wow. What a beautiful vibe she has created in the heart of Littleton. I am soo psyched to have finally found a studio that does it right! Thanks Kim!”
