This is one greedy lady who also is known as Dr. Gail Devoid. And yes she is void of any business sense of fairness in selling on EBAY. I had purchased over $250 worth of glass beads (which in retrospect were way overpriced) yet when she received the order informed me she didn't have at least half of the items in stock. I tried to cancel once I learned of her "bait and switch " tactic. Leave it alone I thought, but when the items in inventory did arrive the package was opened and box ripped open. See photo. When I asked for her to cancel the remainder of items she had to "order from her supplier" she told me instead of issuing a refund that I would need to ask EBAY to do so item by item. This is an psycho seller so be cautious with this “lady.” In fact her invoice explicitly stated she would provide a refund but just like everything else she said it was a lie.

I followed directions to find this business and it did not exist. This should be taken off from the website. If the business does exist you may want to update with the correct information. I was very upset I wasted my Sunday trying to find you.

You shouldn't speak of COVID19 with such vitriol. its NOT okay to call it the "China virus" while spouting off about how you have a grandson who is half Chinese. You obviously know better because you don't call it the "China virus" on your business Facebook page.
