Very welcoming experience, except the appointment app said to come in early to get your pet acclimated to the surroundings, so I showed up 45 minutes early and _some_ of the staff didn't like that I was early, or at least they seemed inconvenienced, and I assured them I was in no hurry. Maybe I was too early.

After 13 years of having a frequent flying vet dog I finally found the best vet around! I am so pleased by all the staff I encounter there. Izzy is by far one of the best customer service reps ive ever met, she really seems to care about my convenience as well as my dogs well being. So grateful to be down the road from this vet!

Adopted a cat and went for well cat check. They were awesome with my Sassy girl and we have made a plan going forward. Only complaint shelter said first visit would be free. Either way the care is waht is important!

Good experience! Brought my little cat friend in early in the morning around 8am for a suspected UTI, was out in 2 hours with antibiotics for the poor girl. Couldn't believe they were able to handle her, she's usually so skittish but the doctor and the tech both were naturals and made her feel very safe! Glad Caves is right around the corner from me.

The staff at Riverside have gone above and beyond to help desensitize my nervous German Shepherd. Dr Aznive, Brittany and Emily specifically but all of the staff have been an absolute pleasure and accommodating to our situation.

I have had great experiences with them with my past dog, as far as my new dog they were willing to share information on her with people other than her direct owners. highly recommend finding a different vet.
