Definitely wouldn’t reccomend this place. The coke products had a 3/$5 sale listed on them but rang up full price on the self checkout. When we told the employee Mike that it charged us full price he said “Oh yeah, sometimes the deals don’t come up on the self checkouts” when there’s no sign or anything saying that. When we asked if we could be refunded for what we were overcharged for he acted dumbfounded. Apparently there’s no way he could refund off of a self checkout (you 100% can, I work with self checkouts at my job). No apology or anything was offered & I wouldn’t willingly come back to this place with workers as rude and incompetent as this.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I had an incredibly disappointing and disturbing experience with them.Their racist remarks and behavior were completely uncalled for and made for a highly uncomfortable environment.
No one should have to deal with this kind of treatment. I strongly urge others to reconsider any interactions with this person unless they take responsibility for their actions and commit to change.

Avoid the Dunks at this place. Not only do they ignore when you go inside to order coffee but they can't seem to make a coffee the right way. If google had a zero stars option I would give it aero stars.

Spent the night in our semi .. staff is okay. Explained that both available restrooms were needing attention, they remind restrooms in high school (pretty discussing). Was told the next shift would have to attend to it, this while some staff were actively on their phones doing nothing! Very disappointing. Food staff used the same rag to wipe down ALL surfaces, which makes you question what is sanitary!

Candy was labeled 2 for $5 but weren’t ringing up the right way and when we asked the cashier she just shrugged and didn’t help at all. lol talk about pointless

I recently stopped in to grab a coffee on my way to the airport with my school bus. I parked in with the truckers and was immediately approached by a worker and asked to leave. I was informed it was for truckers only. I am a 40ft vehicle, need a cdl to drive it, and have an air brake endorsement. There was no other large areas I could have parked it. I asked him where I could park, he replied at a park and ride or rest area, not here. I seriously cannot understand the thought process behind this and I think it was extremely rude.

Lady that worked at Dunkin drive thru at 2:15pm on feb 28.2024. should be not only fired but also arrested for how rude she is! If i ever see her again i will just leave.

Drivers BewareThe showers here are not worth the 2+ hours of waiting and the ice cold water that awaits you. Only one towel allowed per shower, no exception. Do not waste your precious time at this place if you're in a rush, it's not worth it.

No coffee dispenser, you have to get from dunkin which is extremely overpriced. $3.50 for a refill is unacceptable.

Not fully a pilot truck stop with very limited parking and limited supplies inside, they have a Duncan donuts inside and the restrooms were not too bad at all, employees are very nice and helpful.
