Best workmanship I've seen, I have been in the Fleet business for over 35 years, literally I have transported vehicles from Cape Cod to be repaired at Bumper to Bumper. Quality work, great prices, best there is locally and worth traveling for if need be.

I was referred to Nathan at Bumper to Bumper from Paul's Alignment in Bow. My sunroof was not closing properly but Nathan had it apart, diagnosed and back together in no time. A1 service and good people.

Sorry - cannot agree. They totally ghosted a friend of mine who they promised not to ghost. The owner gave her a quote but when she tried to schedule an appointment they ignored her. The owner knew the work had to be done to meet an inspection requirement and promised not to leave her hanging. The period for inspection came and went with no response from the company even though multiple messages were left with the business. My friend had to pursue an alternative fix to the issue which resulted in an approved inspection report. To this date Bumper to Bumper has never responded to my friend. A poor business practice. .

Something came loose from the bottom of my car and I was a little panicked cause I was on a long road trip far from home. I called this shop and they were able to help me in less than 15 minutes. The people were so nice and professional and didn’t even charge me for their labor. Now I feel bad so I’m leaving this review as payback

I was searching for a new body shop after a previously poor experience with another shop and I am so glad I chose Bumper To Bumper! Nate was so extremely kind, professional and caring. They went above and beyond to make sure my car was perfect. My car was finished within a very short and reasonable amount of time which was very appreciated.
