It’s one of those few places were the staff and mechanics are people friendly and they keep you updated about what’s going on with your vehicle even if you don’t have a Toyota the service area staff maybe what you’re looking for.

I am writing my second review of Grappone Toyota in Concord, NH for the Sales Team Leader I worked with, Miasar Al Samaraee, when I bought a brand new 2025 Toyota Corolla Hybrid on January 9, 2025. I hadn't bought a new car in a number of years and I had just found out my current car had blown the engine and I was soon without a car at all. Since I don't have a second car, I needed to move fast, and Miasar helped me find just the right car at the right price and financing. As I've gotten older, I tend to have less patience around certain things and wondering if it was all going to work out for me to find a new car or have to possibly buy another used car that was not going to last, was definitely amping up my angst. Miasar's personality and style were perfect to not only ease my tension, but help me find the right car, at the right price and with better financing than I had thought I was going to get - by 10% less than a different finance company I thought I was going to have to use. From all of Miasar's work, my payment ending up being a shorter term than I had anticipated, as well as about $100 less per month. Thank you Miasar for not only helping me get a great car and great financing, but also helping me relax during the process. In conclusion, along with the first review I wrote, you can't go wrong with Sarah Wentworth and Miasar A. Samaraee when you are looking for a new car. Don West

The car buying experience was very low pressure. I was able to test drive the truck I had seen online. I decided to purchase the truck. The only disappointment in the process is that when I went to pick up the truck, it had not passed inspection. I was told to drive the truck a few hundred miles and then schedule an appointment for a re-inspection. Since the truck is certified pre-owned, any issues should have been addressed prior to my purchase.
