I highly recommend Grappone Mazda for your service needs. I received quality customer service while stopping in for an oil change/tire rotation today. The service advisor was very friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience. The service technician was also very friendly, and thoroughly looked over my CX-5. It’s really nice when you know your car’s in good hands. I would definitely come here again.

We had a great experience buying a pre owned Subaru here. Silas our salesperson was friendly, not pushy at all, and very responsive to questions. Courtney the manager was very nice as well, making car buying easy and non stressful. We weren't even buying a Mazda, but you wouldn't know it. Excellent experience...we highly recommend you ask for Silas.

Danielle M. at Grappone Mazda was a perfect blend of friendliness knowledge and professionalism. Not too pushy as some sales people can be but made sure I knew she was there for questions while I debated between vehicles. Hoping she stays there for a long time so she can sell me my next car when the CX-50 Hybrid has a heated steering wheel.
