“The staff at Renmar DME Inc delivered me a lift recliner a few weeks ago. The controller cord was routed the wrong way and it got pinched and cut and shorted out, this happened late Monday early evening. Carissa sent a tech, Saif, Tuesday morning to check out the issue with the chair. He diagnosed the issue and Carissa coordinated another tech Rob to bring a replacement cord and controller early this afternoon and fixed my chair!
