During a recent snowstorm, the hill leading up to the upper units was quite icy, and my little car couldn’t make it to the top tier. Debbie went out of her way to accommodate me with a unit on the lower level and took the time to explain all the details about the access code. Her assistance made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Extra Storage and especially Debbie for her outstanding customer service!”

“Wolf Storage is AWESOME! The rental process was easy, clear and consise. Chris in the office is the best. Shortly after moving our belongings into the storage unit I noticed that there was water on several totes. I also saw a puddle on the floor. I called Chris and she said take pics. Meanwhile she said she would call the owner to advise him of the leak. She called me back within 5 min and calmly explained what the process would be in getting the leak fixed. There was Nothing for us to do. They fixed the minor inconvenience of the leak by giving us a credit after I told them there was zero damage. All in all this has been very convenient and cost effective for us. It is rare to find such a customer oriented business. Thanks again. Les and Nancy Haskell”

“I rented a storage unit from Eric in 2020 and yesterday shipped out my unit to another state. Never an issue here. Excellent security and all my household belongings stayed stay and dry. I gave a 5 star rating but if there was a 10 available that would have been my choice. I thank the owners so much for running a clean facility and working with me during my time renting my units from you. Don't search anywhere else. This facility is the best around.”
