“Jonathan at the Concord NH Townfair was awesome! The place was insanely busy, phones off the hook, and between Jonathan and his coworker they were really doing great. Jonathan went over Everything that I had asked because I am self-employed and drive my vehicle for work, which is a LOT of mileage. I was clueless as to how often I needed to rotate, align and all of the other things they don’t teach you in school about car maintenance. He went over all of it for me and even gave me a price quote for snow tires just in case I wanted to come in and buy some and switch my all seasons I just bought since I am driving in every condition we have here in NH. It was really relieving because I’ll be honest, going to car places whether it be for my inspection, my tires or even an oil change I get anxious because I don’t know everything there is to know. But they always reassure me and teach me things so I know for next time. 10/10.
(Although to the town fair ***home/corporate office***…. PLEASE get those guys an automated call back system where people calling in can ask to be put into a callback list….These guys can’t be taking in line/in person customers if the phone is OFF the hook. They were trying their best and the phones just kept ringing and ringing and they would have to stop their conversation to pick the phone up and tell the person we can give you a call back, what’s your number. Give the guys some help if there can’t be more employees specifically for the phone. They were really doing their best.)”

“I drive by this place often, always see cars in there. I figured they gotta be a great place to go for tires which I desperately needed for my van. I didn’t have a clue what to get and they had someone come out and talk to me, gave me some options. I was able to get in quicker than I expected. I just assumed as busy as they are they probably booked out with appointments. They were quick, and efficient. Highly recommend!”

“My truck threw a belt and started overheating while driving on I-93. I managed to limp along to get off the highway and came across Auto Care Plus just by chance. Not only did Paul come right out and assess the damage but also set me up with a loaner vehicle so I was back on the road in about half an hour! They expedited the repairs (AC, condenser and belt) so I could have the truck back a few days later and still make it to my race on Sunday. Paul even stayed late on a Friday so I could get the vehicle for the weekend. These guys are rock stars!”

“If you’re looking for anything from new tires to an oil change the guys at Goodyear in Concord are AWESOME! I was in the shop back in September to get new tires. I felt like I was treated with respect, they were very accommodating, checked in on me while I was waiting and gave me updates on how things were going. Every time I call the shop they’re always friendly and helpful.

“I recently moved and am no longer close to Motorcar. As such, I began using a different garage, located closer to me. I tolerated pricey oil changes (almost 50% more $$), excuses like "we didn't rotate your tires because they didn't need it" (ummm...they don't look like they need it because they are rotated every oil change), and pricey brake work.
Finally, I had enough and decided to go back to Motorcar. Despite the drive and need for a loaner, I am glad that I made the decision. I never have to worry, and I pay a fair price.”
“my first time at this shop and i was very impressed with the service. i’ve been to plenty of mechanics who will up charge you just because they can and i can say this is NOT one of those shops. i went in for a belt replacement and instead of just replacing it and charging me for the replacement they fixed it enough that i wouldn’t need to replace it right now. i was very happy leaving here and only paying for the services that were actually necessary! i was recommended this shop and will definitely go back :)”

“I made an appt to rotate my tires. They did the job quickly and efficiently for very little charge. Two days later I came back bec I had a caution light on for my tires. On a Saturday the young man working stopped what he was doing checked the air in my tires and filled them at no charge. They have earned my loyalty!!!!”
“I’ve never used them for tires before because I forgot they were there. Called the usual tire places in Concord, NH and no one had what I wanted. One person actually tried to get me to drive an hour and they only had two of four tires. Great way to waste time. VIP came up in a Google search so I called. Felicity answered and she was awesome to work with. Didn’t have what I wanted but she offered an alternative (no one else did) and answered all my questions quickly and professionally. Scheduled me same day. She and the other gentleman behind the counter had personalities and were great to deal with. I’m moving all of my six cars to them.”

“I made an appointment earlier in week around Tuesday and scheduled a Saturday appointment for 10. I was early and James helped me at the counter and was very knowledgeable and polite and professional . He talked me through everything and answered all questions . Tyler was the tech who worked on the car I believe and he had me in and out for a tire issue and even set it to my psi as other tires “which I wanted but forgot to mention it “ . I was able to glare at a part of the shop through the window which gives you a sense of ease as you can see what’s going on which is a huge plus so your not stuck in a four cornered room with only a tv to look at . I’d highly recommend VIP on DW highway in Manchester ,Nh for any automotive repairs . Thanks VIP team !!”

“Love the staff here, Daniel the manager has a great team, and he is great. They are honest and won’t up charge you for anything. Went in to get a new set of tires “I did buy these elsewhere” they had no issues putting them on.
I had to go twice as the first time I was told they weren’t going to be able to get the job done due to a issue with my car, I got it fixed and job was done extremely quick.
They are also honest, I swore I was going to need an alignment and asked for one but was told it wasn’t necessary and wasn’t charged for it.
Easy to get appointments at this location. Will be returning for rotations and other services!”
