“The crew at this U-Haul is awesome. Hector bent over backwards getting me set up to haul my trailer, and when it turned out I chose one way too small and went back, Jason got me swapped out in less than five minutes. Too bad I’m moving out of state - maybe these guys can train other U-Haul employees across the country? ?”
“I came in to the Concord Home Depot today looking for a mini fridge, I was helped by a woman and a man in the appliance section. They were very helpful, and went above and beyond and carried the fridge all the way to the front, then delivered it to my car. They were very pleasant and made my experience super easy, and convenient! Wish I would have tipped him! Merry Christmas!”
“I had the most informative U-Haul rental I have ever had. The employee was extremely friendly, asked my level of comfortability driving a truck this size, told me the amount of gallons necessary to refill, and even made sure to adjust my mirrors for me. The only downside was the cab of the truck smelled like cigarettes. But that’s not exactly U-Haul’s fault.”
“I made a move from San Diego to New Hampshire, and returned my equipment here. The guy in california had given me wrong information which was going to cost me extra money. But the staff here was very nice and helped me out so I didn't get stuck paying the extra money. The return was quick and they were very friendly.”
