I was a victim of fraud (at no fault of the bankers) and they worked for months to get me my money back. They're also consistently friendly, hopefully, and able to convey things clearly. I strongly recommend them.

The service provided at this branch is above and beyond. With respect and promptness, they are on top of any request. They make you feel like family when you walk in. I have several bank accounts due to loans and what not and Bar Harbor in Bradford is by far my favorite bank.
