He worked endlessly on my old car and even came and grabbed me at 10 pm so I would have my car for the next day. There’s no mechanic out there that would do that but Shawn did. I am a girl in her early twenties and I kept hearing a dinging noise like the seatbelt chime in my car, even though there were no lights on on my dash. I am not from the area so I called the closest repair shop I could find. I came in and they were able to help me without an appointment. He opened my hood and immediately saw that my battery was coming disconnected on one side. He went back into the shop, grabbed the tool he needed, and came back in under a minute. They fixed the connection and tightened it for me in under five minutes, total.
These people are clearly very experienced, based on how fast they were able to diagnose and fix my car, without even using the plug-in computer thingy. The guy with the Pinkie Pie tattoo quite literally saved me— if I didn’t have it fixed I wouldn’t have made it home safely.
Thank you guys again, and to anyone in the area that has car trouble/questions, these people are the place to go! Ayers Auto will definitely be getting my business again if I am ever in the area and need car help. To potential customers: highly, highly recommend, for kindness, knowledge, and availability. It does not matter whether it's routine car service as oil change, inspections or tire rotations or repair + body work, Remy is the best. Cares about what he does, is excellent at his craft and does the extras for customer satisfaction. It's hard to find good people like Remy but when I do, I stick with them.”

Everyone there is great, but special shout out to Sue who is amazing. She helped out so much and made my life much easier between insurance, rentals, and just being a very nice and understanding throughout the whole process!

“Mark the owner is the nicest, most honest auto body repairman I've ever met in my 51 years on this planet. He will quote you a great price and stick with it even if he has to incur some additional costs. My entire family has been going to Happy Ending for years and the jobs he has done have always surpassed expectations! My current job on my 2019 Prius was outstanding. “Outstanding experience! Can't say enough good things about Nick B. Just easy to do business with. We first talked via email and he broke down leasing and buying options on the vehicle we wanted. By the time I walked into the dealership for the first time, we pretty much settled on a fair price for the vehicle and trade. Three hours later , all paperwork completed I drove away with my new 4runner. First they offer discounts right on the website, second, they were very up front with pricing including all fees and bottom line pricing. Third: they use Kelly Blue Book values as the trade in approximate value. Would highly recommend this dealership over a few other NH Toyota dealers. McGee has a winning formula, no pressure, Nick doesn't pressure and was totally upfront. Never saw or needed to see any sales manager. He showed me all the controls and features. Actually drove 4runner out of the showroom floor, put plates on it and drove home that day.”
