“Had a great experience at this location. I bought new tires for my car since I do a lot of driving. James was very patient with helping me pick the right tire for my driving style. When I went in, I asked them if they did oil changes and if there was time, if they could do it for me. James said they will do their best to do the oil change. This was a very busy day and said I’d come back for the oil change. James and Dylan did the change anyways and it was so appreciated.From ordering and picking my new tires with the James to installation of my new tires with Dylan. These two gentleman went above and beyond to help me. I will definitely be coming back with my family’s cars in the future.”

“I have been going to Express Lube for years. Then suddenly, new owners. The service remained outstanding and then I observed thier small engine repair business. I brought them my 20 year old snow blower since it would no longer start. They did an outstanding job at bringing it back to life. They even painted/repaired rust areas that I did not expect. I would reccomend this locally owned business to anyone. They are far superior to any tractor business on route 125 in Kingston/Plaistow/Brentwood. Really good people.”

“Came in last night needing 4 new tires for my Subaru after a flat, the manager Jo was unbelievable, the customer service she provided was outstanding. She made me feel safe having to drive on my spare for an extra day, made sure all tires were filled and safe to go while being personable. That was my biggest concern. She eased my worries and that’s all anyone asks for when dealing with the headache of cars. the tires were ready this morning, I was able to go in and be served within the hour that I got there. The technician was fast, efficient and helpful Emily helped check me out and she was incredible throughout that process. 10/10 service. Treated me like a real person and not a sale. Overall, I would highly recommend them, to anyone and everyone.”

Caleb is extremely personable, accommodating and highly competent. I forget the name of the great gentleman who did my last two oil changes, but he was amazing as well. “Best oil change experience I’ve had to date. I rocked in at 0730 sharp and was met by a courteous smiling crew, pulled right in, and was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I felt no pressure for upgrades, they have you stay right in your car so you are part of the whole experience. The techs were respectful, jovial and above all else SO efficient. “My car had significant mechanical noise related to the turning of one or more wheels. It turned out to be both front wheel bearings needed to be replaced. Mila was super helpful and courteous explaining what was needed at the end of the diagnosis stage and what might be needed after getting into the repair stage. Derek explained the repair to me afterwards, indicating the parts that often become compromised (trigger wheel, axle, and hub) on both side were in good shape and didn't need replacement. I would highly recommend them as an alternative to dealer service for wounded BMWs! Car is now rolling quite. Great job!”
